Օգտվելով Տավուշի մարզում սահմանազատման գործընթացի և ընդդիմության նախաձեռնած բողոքի գործողություններից՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այժմ էլ ակտիվորեն շարունակում է զբաղվել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու պահանջները կատարելով։

Նախօրեին, հիշեցնենք, ստորագրվել էր համապատասխան արձանագրությունը երկու երկրների սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հանձնաժողովների կողմից։

Ըստ էության՝ գործող իշխանությունները վստահ են, որ ավարտել են սահմանազատման խնդիրները և այլևս կարող են անցնել հաջորդ նպատակին, իսկ Ադրբեջանի հաջորդ պահանջը, ինչպես հայտնի է, Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու պահանջն է։

Իլհամ Ալիևը, ինչպես նաև նրա թուրք գործընկեր Էրդողանը բազմիցս նշել են, որ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը պետք է փոփոխել: Մասնավորապես թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի թիրախում են Սահմանադրության նախաբանում նշված Անկախության հռչակագիրը, որով Հայաստանը ճանաչում էր Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, նաև սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինանշանը, որտեղից պահանջում են հեռացնել Արարատ լեռը։

Փաշինյանը նաև կարծում է, որ Սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու հետ միաժամանակ պետք է ևս մի քանի քայլեր իրականացվեն, հատկապես՝ Սահմանադրությունից հեռացվի օրենսդրորեն ամրագրված Հայ-առաքելական եկեղեցու գերակա դիրքը, այսօր, երբ ընդդիմադիր շարժումն առաջնորդում է հոգևորականը, Հայ-առաքելական եկեղեցու բազմաթիվ սպասավորներ էլ պայքարում են գործող իշխանությունների դեմ, քաղաքական դիրքորոշումներ արտահայտում, Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է մինչև վերջ հարվածել եկեղեցուն, մի կողմից էլ սեփական խմբակցությանը հրահանգել է եկեղեցու հարկումն օրինականացնող նախագծեր մշակել։

Ազգային ինքնության հիմքերին գործող իշխանությունների հարվածներն առաջիկայում շարունակվելու և ուժգնանալու են։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը մի քանի անգամ զգուշացրել է նման ձեռնարկի վտանգավորության մասին։

Օրեր առաջ էլ իր տված հարցազրույցում Կարապետյանը նշել է, թե՝ «Փաշինյանը շատ վտանգավոր ղեկավար է հայ ժողովրդի համար, պատմության մեջ մենք նման ղեկավար չենք ունեցել ոչ մի անգամ։ Իրենք ուզում են մեր ժողովրդից նոր ժողովուրդ ստեղծել, ասում է Սահմանադրության 18-րդ հոդվածը պետք է փոխել, դա մեր քրիստոնյա հավատքին է վերաբերում, ասում է պատմությունից պետք է հրաժարվել, նոր պատմություն է գրում, ընտանիքին վերաբերող մասով էլ է ուզում փոփոխություն անել»,- նկատել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Ըստ էության՝ բոլոր այս հանգամանքները վկայում են, որ, ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա իշխանության, գործ ունենք ոչ թե ապիկար և տգետ մի թափառախմբի, այլ օտարների կողմից ղեկավարվող խամաճիկային մի կառավարության հետ, որի թիրախում հենց հայ ժողովրդի ինքնությունն է։
