Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իրավապահները երեկ ձերբակալել են երկու ակտիվիստների՝ «Իմնեմնիմի» պոդկաստի վարողներ Նարեկ Սամսոնյանին և Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանին, ընդ որում առնվազն Սամսոնյանի ձերբակալությունն իրականացվել է հրապարակային, տեսանյութերի ներքո և ամենայն դաժանությամբ։

Նրան մի քանի ոստիկաներ նետել են գետնին, ոտքերով սեղմել , հարվածներ հասցրել և ձեռնաշղթաներով բերման ենթարկել։ Թերևս նույնը կարող էր տեղի ունենալ Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանի հետ, եթե նա գտնվեր դրսում, Սաղաթելյանին ևս բերման են ենթարկել։

Դատարանը երկամսյա կալանավորման որոշում է կայացրել Նարեկ Սամսոնյանի և Սաղաթելյանի մասով։ Պատճառը, ըստ քննչական կոմիտեի, նրանց վարած հաղորդման ընթացքում հնչած մի քանի արտահայտություններն են։

Ընդդիմադիր ակտիվիստները բավական կոշտ գնահատականներ են տալիս գործող իշխանությունների հասցեին, պարբերաբար քննադատում են փաշինյանական վարչախմբի վարած քաղաքականությունը։

Նրանք, իհարկե միակը չեն, սակայն այդ հաղորդումը բավականին մեծ լսարան էր ձեռք բերել, իսկ Տավուշում գյուղեր հանձնելու՝ գործող վարչախմբի մտադրությունների ֆոնին այս հաղորդման հետագա հերարձակումը կանխելու նպատակով, Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է «իր իրավապահներին» ամեն գնով ձերբակալել, ընդ որում մյուս ընդդիմադրիներին ևս ցույց տալով, որ իրենց հետ էլ տեղի կունենա նույնը։

Բազմաթիվ իրավապաշտպաններ փաստում են, որ ձերբակալությունը որևէ կապ չունի մարդու տարրական իրավունքների հետ, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վաղուց վերածվել է բռնապետի, ով սեփական իշխանությունը պահպանելու համար պատրաստ է ամենածայրահեղ քայլերին։

Քննչական կոմետեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել 297 հոդվածով՝ տեխնիկական միջոցներով իրականացված խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով։
