Փաշինյանի հիստերիկ շարժումները տրամաբանական են

Ամանորից հետո գործող վարչախմբի ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առավելապես աչքի է ընկել այս կամ այն մարզի որևէ դպրոց, կամ այլ հաստատություն այցելելու, իր հետ ժամանած պաշտոնյաներին շշպռելու, պատերից կախիչներ պոկելու և կիսատ պռատ նորոգված շինությունների ծորակները պոկելու դրսևորումներով։ Փաշինյանի այս հիստիերիկ վարքը կարող է տարօրինակ թվալ, սակայն դա միայն առաջին հայացքից է։ Փաստացի Փաշինյանը կրկին անցել է իր սիրած ժանրին՝ պոպուլիզմին և փորձում է հասարակության մեջ առնվազն մի քանի տպավորություն թողնել։ Նախ, ամենակարևորը փորձում է համոզել, որ իրականացված վատ աշխատանքի, կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումների և ատկատների համար, բարձրագույն իշխանությունը մեղավոր չէ, այլ մեղավոր է շինարարական կազմակերպությունները, մարզպետները, պաշտոնյաները, յուրաքանչյուրը, բայց ոչ կառավարության ղեկավարը։

Գրեթե 6 տարի զբաղեցնելով Հայաստանի ամենաբարձր պաշտոնը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ձախողել է հնարավոր բոլոր ոլորտները և ցանկացած իրավիճակ փորձում է արդարացնել պոպուլիզմի նման դրսևորումներով, իսկ պաշտոնյաներն էլ գլուխները կախ, կոնֆորմիստական վարքով և խեղճացած լսում են, իրենց ուղղված հանդիմանանքները՝ առանց պատասխանելու և իրականում ներկայացնելու, թե ով է մեղավոր ոչ միայն դպրոցաշինության, այլ ցանկացած այլ ոլորտ ձախողելու համար։

Ի դեպ, ամենավատ վիճակում ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն է։ Արագած բնակավայրում Փաշինյանը Մեխակյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցում պոկել էր լոգարանի ցնցուղը և տվել նախարարի ձեռքը՝ առաջարկելով ճշտել ցնցուղի շուկայական գինը։ Խեղճացած և նման վարքից ապշած Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը հիմա էլ փորձում է համոզել, թե Փաշինյանի հանձնարարականն իրեն չի ուղղված։ Լրագրողների հարցերին ի պատասխան հայտարարել է. «Տեսանյութը մինչև վերջ ուշադիր դիտեք, ցնցուղն այդ գույքի մաս չէ»։ Եվ մինչ Լոռին և Արմավիրը մնացել են առանց մարզպետների, մյուս բոլոր մարզերի ղեկավարներն այլևս վախեցած են իրենց ճակատագրերի համար, առավել ևս հրաշալի իմանալով, որ թե՛ Արմավիրի նախկին մարզպետ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանը, և թե՛ Լոռու մարզպետ Արամ Խաչատրյանը շատ ավելի ջերմ և մտերիմ հարաբերություններ ունեին Փաշինյանի հետ, քան իրենք և Փաշինյանը նախընտրական քարոզարշավի իր այս դրսևորումներում բնավ էլ կաշկանդված չէ հրաժարվելու յուրաքանչյուրի ծառայությունից, ում աշխատանքում կարող է թերություններ գտնել և հանրությանը հրամցնել որպես իշխանության ձեռքբերում։
