Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) դիտորդական առաքելություն Հայաստան ուղարկելու և այլ գործնական միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ որոշման նախագծի ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները շարունակվում են: Այս մասին ասվում է ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության մեկնաբանությունում: Այս մասին գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Մինսկում ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրական մարմինների առաջիկա նիստերի նախաշեմին հայկական կողմն առաջարկել է հետ կանչել հայտարարության նախագիծը քննարկումից։ Հայաստան դիտորդական առաքելություն ուղարկելու և այլ գործնական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու մասին Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշման նախագծի վերաբերյալ աշխատանքները շարունակվում են»,- ասված է մեկնաբանության մեջ։

Երեկ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Հայաստանը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության իր գործընկերներին խնդրել է օրակարգից հանել երկրին օգնության մասին փաստաթուղթը։ Այս մասին նոյեմբերի 20-ին հայտարարել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Իմանղալի Տասմաղամբետովը Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի հետ հանդիպմանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերյան նստաշրջանի որոշումների կատարման ծրագրի 34 միջոցառումից 32-ն է կատարվել:

«Ցավոք, երկու գործողություն իրականացնել չի հաջողվել. առաջինը մեր միջազգային շփումներն են եվրոպական միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ, ինչպիսին ԵԱՀԿ-ն է։ Պատճառը նրանց դիրքորոշումն է: Երկրորդ հարցը Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի հանձնարարականն է՝ վերջնական տեսքի բերելու Հայաստանին օգնության մասին որոշումը։ Թեև մնացած բոլոր դաշնակիցները սատարել են այս որոշմանը, սակայն հայկական կողմը որևէ հետաքրքրություն չի ցուցաբերել այս փաստաթղթի նկատմամբ և, ավելին, մեր աշխատանքի վերջին մասում խնդրել է այն ընդհանրապես հանել օրակարգից»,- ասել էր ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը։

2022 թվականի նոյեմբերին Երևանում կայացած ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվել էր ստորագրել Հայաստանին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համատեղ միջոցառումների մասին Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշման նախագիծը։ ՀԱՊԿ այն ժամանակվա գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողներին պարզաբանել էր, որ փաստաթուղթը ընդհանուր առմամբ համաձայնեցվել է, և Հայաստանին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու միջոցառումների փաթեթ է սահմանվել։ Բայց մի շարք կետերով որոշման նախագիծը վերջնական տեսքի պետք է բերվի։ Պետությունների ղեկավարները հանձնարարել էին վերջնական տեսքի բերել այս փաստաթուղթը և ներկայացնել իրենց ստորագրմանը։
