Վերջերս շատ հաճախ անհնար է հասկանալ մեր երկրում կայացված որոշումների իմաստը, դրանց ադեկվատությունը, դրանց հիմքը: Գործարաններով ամենահարուստ մարզերից մեկում՝ Արարատում, բռնել նոր գործարան են ուզում կառուցել: Նոր գործարանն էլ աչ ավել, ոչ պակաս ուզում են կառուցել արդեն գործող 2 գործարաններից մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա, այդ 2 գործարանն էլ ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս նույն պրոֆիլն ունեն՝ այսինքն արդեն արտադրում են այն, ինչ նոր կառուցվողը պիտի արտադրի:
Հիմա հարց էս որոշումը կայացնողներին՝ դուք հաշվի առե՞լ եք քանի աշխատատեղ կկրճատվի արդեն գործող գործարաններից: Օրինակ՝ նույն «Արարատցեմենտ»-ից, ամենայն հավանականությամբ մոտ 1000 աշխատատեղ ուղղակի կկրճատվի: Էս ռիսկերը հաշվարկե՞լ են: Կամ էկոլոգիական միջավայրը՝ հաշվարկե՞լ են նման խիտ, իրար կպած գործարանների էկոլոգիական ազդեցությունը միջավայրի վրա: Չէ՞ որ այդ նոր գործարանը պետք է յուրացնի նոր տարածքներ, որպեսզի շահագործի, այսինքն պետք է աղտոտի ու ավերի այն բնությունը, որը մարդկանցն է, համայնքինն է, և երբևէ չի տրվել շահագործման, քանզի կենսական առողջության գոտի է համարվել: Բա հիմա ի՞նչ է փոխվել:
Բա դրանց կազմակերպած հանրային լսումները՝ ո՞վ է տեսել 21-րդ դարում համայնքի բնակիչներից գաղտնի հանրային լսումներ կազմակերպեն: Երևի որ թաքուն իրենք գրեն, իրենք էլ պեչատեն էլի: Հաշվի չէին առել, որ Վեդիի բնակիչների հաջորդ օրը սև գաղտնի լսումներ կբերեն իրենց գլխին, ու կստիպեն, որ համայնքի ձայնն էլ հաշվի առնեն, որովհետև համայնքի բնակիչները ավելի լավ են հասկանում իրենց գլխին կախված էկոլոգիական աղետը: Ցավալի է, բայց փաստ:
