Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, վերջերս Հայաստանում տեղի է ունենում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների արհեստական սրացում, որոնք մեր երկրում ակտիվորեն իրագործվում են հակահայկական և հակապետական ուժերի ակտիվ ջանքերով: Այդ ուժերի վերջնական նպատակակետն է մեր երկու ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամական կապերի խզումը:
Որպես օրինակ՝ հարկ է նշել, որ հայ հասարակության մեջ ներմուծվում է այն թեզը, որ անհրաժեշտ է վերանայել Ռուսաստանի հետ ռազմական համաձայնագիրը, ինչը կհանգեցնի ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմական բազայի մեր երկրից դուրս բերմանը: Կարծում եմ՝ բոլորս քաջ գիտակցում ենք, որ սա ոչ միայն Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի երազանքն է, որոնք անդադար սպառնում են մեզ պատերազմով և ոչնչացմամբ, այլ նաև պարարարտ հող է ստեղծում ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում առանց այդ էլ փխրուն խաղաղությունը պայթեցնելու համար:
Ուզում եմ միանշանակ փաստել, որ ես՝ որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ամենամեծ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժի՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ, որպես քաղաքական գործիչ, որպես քաղաքացի, կանեմ ամեն ինչ՝ կանխելու մեր երկրում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների ստեղծմանը նպատակաուղղված սադրանքները: Վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանի զարգացման և մեր երկրի անվտանգության ու անկախության ամրապնդման համար մենք պետք է է՛լ ավելի խորացնենք և ամրապնդենք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ հարաբերությունները՝ փոխադարձ հարգանքի և եղբայրական դարավոր հարաբերությունների հիման վրա՝ ինչպես երկկողմ ձևաչափով, այնպես էլ ԱՊՀ, ԵԱՏՄ, ՀԱՊԿ և այլ քաղաքական, տնտեսական, ռազմական ձևաչափերով, որոնք փոխշահավետ կլինեն մեր երկու ժողովուրդների համար:
