Ավինյանը կդառնա քաղաքապետ... առանց «մեղքի» զգացումի

Երևանի քաղաքապետի ընտրության շուրջ ինտրիգը հանգուցալուծվում է և բնավ էլ ոչ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի պատկերացրած ճանապարհով։ Մինչ «Ազգային առաջընթացը»՝ Հայկ Մարությանի գլխավորությամբ, և «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքը՝ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանի գլխավորությամբ, հայտարարում են Երևանի ավագանու առաջիկա նիստը բոյկոտելու մտադրության մասին, «Հանրային ձայն» կուսակցության ղեկավար Վարդան Ղուկասյանը փաստի առաջ է կանգնեցնում նրանց։
Հիշեցնենք, այս երեք ուժերը միասին ունեն 33 մանդատ, և նիստին չներկայանալու դեպքում իշխանությունը ստիպված էր լինելու նոր ընտրությունների գնալ։ Ընդդիմության շարքերում կոնսենսուսի բացակայությամբ պայմանավորված՝ Հայկ Մարությանն առաջարկել էր չներկայանալ նիստին և գնալ նոր ընտրությունների։ Այս առաջարկին իր հավանությունն էր տվել նաև Թևանյանը։
Վարդան Ղուկասյանը հայտարարել է, թե այս իրավիճակում երկրորդ փուլ թույլ տալ չի կարելի, երբ ադրբեջանական զորքը կանգնած է Երասխի մոտ, երբ 100 հազար փախստական Հայաստանում է: Որպես ընդդիմություն Ղուկասյանը նախընտրում է, որ Ավինյանը վերարտադրվի, քան ռոբասերժական կլանը ամրապնդվի: Ըստ ամենայնի, նրա քայլը զուտ Մարությանին «ինադ» անելու քայլ է, իսկ բերած պատճառաբանությունն ընդամենը ընդդիմադիր ձայներից չզրկվելու բավական հմուտ հնարք։
Ի վերջո, փաստն այն է, որ Տիգրան Ավինյանին կհաջողվի դառնալ Երևանի քաղաքապետ, քանի որ ընդդիմադիր ուժերն ի վիճակի չեղան ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ։ Ուստի առնվազն անլուրջ են «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին» և նրա թեկնածուին հասցեագրվող մեղադրանքները։ Ֆորմալ առումով, հենց Ավինյանն էլ հաղթել է ընտրություններում, առաջադրված քաղաքական ուժերից ամենաշատ ձայնը ստացել։ Եվրոպական ցանկացած երկրում էլ իշխանություն կազմելու գործընթացում առաջնայնությունը ամենաշատ քվեներ ստացող ուժինն է։
Այլ հարց, որ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններից հետո որևէ կոալիցիա չի ձևավորվի, երեք ուժեր կներկայանան ավագանու նիստին, ամենաշատ մանդատներն ուենցող «Քաղպայմանագիրն» էլ քաղաքապետ կունենա, առնվազն մեկ տարի ժամկետով։ Դրանից հետո ընդդիմադիրներին կմնա միայն հերթական «մազփետոցին», միմյանց մեղադրելն ու իրենց դժխեմ բախտը լացելը։
Իսկ Ավինյանը կփորձի այդ մեկ տարում այնպիսի հսկայածավալ աշխատանքներ իրականացնել և սկսել, որպեսզի հետագայում որևէ կերպ արդարացված չլինի իրեն իմպիչմենթի ենթարկելու որևէ գործընթաց։ Նամանավանդ, որ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը այդ ընթացքում զբաղված կլինեն բացառապես միմյանց դատափետելով և մեղավորների փնտրելով։
