«Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքը խիստ մտահոգություն է հայտնում և դատապարտում զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելու կեղծ հոդվածով տասնյակ քաղաքացիների դեմ ապօրինի քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելը և բողոքի ակցիաների հարյուրավոր մասնակիցների բերման ենթարկելը։
 
Հատկապես դատապարտելի են ակնհայտ քաղաքական ենթատեքստով և ընդգծված բռնություն կիրառելով բերման ենթարկելու, ձերբակալելու և կալանավորելու դեպքերը։ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդու՝ Լևոն Քոչարյանի հանդեպ խոշտանգումն ու շինծու մեղադրանքով կալանավորումը նշվածի ակնհայտ դրևորումն են։ Անընդունելի է լրագրող Դավիթ Սարգսյանի ձերբակալությունը՝ խուլիգանության ակնհայտ կեղծ մեղադրանքով։ Անթույլատրելի է անհնազանդության ակցիաների մասնակից Տաթևիկ Վիրաբյանի՝ զոհված զինծառայող Գևորգ Վիրաբյանի քրոջ, կալանավորումն իբրև թե բռնության կոչերի համար։ Դաշինքը դատապարտում է պատգամավորներին ու լրագրողներին բերման ենթարկելու գործելաոճը։
 
Բողոքի և անհնազանդության խաղաղ ցույցերի մասնակիցների հանդեպ կալանքը՝ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու գրեթե բոլոր միջնորդությունների՝ դատարանների կողմից բավարարումը գնահատում ենք որպես գործադիր իշխանության հրահանգների կատարում դատավորների կողմից, ինչը խաթարում է պետության բնականոն գործունեությունը։
 
«Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքն անընդունելի է համարում բերման ենթարկելիս ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից ցուցարարների հանդեպ կիրառվող ծեծն ու խոշտանգումը, որն ուղեկցվում է մարդկանց արժանապատվությունը վիրավորող հայհոյանքներով։ Կոչ ենք անում ոստիկանությանը զերծ մնալ նման հակաօրինական գործելաոճից։ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեին, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին կոչ ենք անում պատշաճ իրավական գնահատական տալ կատարվածին և ապօրինություններից պաշտպանել տուժածների իրավունքները։
 
«Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքը հետևողական է լինելու, որպեսզի մեղավորները պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ և ապահովվի քաղաքացիների ազատ արտահայտվելու իրավունքի լիարժեք իրացումը։
 
Տեղի ունեցողը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է օրվա հրմայականը՝ իշխանափոխություն։
