«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ադրբեջանը հարյուր օր առաջ Արցախը Հայաստանին ու արտաքին աշխարհին կապող միջանցքը փակելով նպատակ ուներ մեկուսացնել մեզ` այստեղ ապրող հայերիս: Դա ճնշման գործիք էր մեզ խեղճացնելու, մեր կամքը կոտրելու ու Արցախից մեզ դուրս հանելու համար: Բայց Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն չհասավ իր նպատակին, այլև այդ քայլն ունեցավ հակառակ արդյունք: Դա սթափեցրեց մեզ բոլորիս, եկավ հիշեցնելու, որ մենք, մեր բոլոր տարբերություններով հանդերձ, նույն նպատակն ունենք՝ արժանապատիվ ու խաղաղ ապրել մեր հայրենիքում:
 
Այս 100-օրյա շրջափակման ընթացքում կարող ենք արձանագրել հետևյալը.
1. Դիմադրություն: Չնայած զրկանքներին ու ծանր ձմռանը՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի բացառիկ տոկունությունն ու անկոտրում կամքը ցույց տվեց, որ իրենք պատրաստ են դիմադրել ճնշումներին ու շարունակել 35 տարի առաջ սկսված պայքարը:
 
2. Համախմբում: Ճգնաժամը մեզ համար համախմբման յուրահատուկ ժամանակահատված դարձավ: Դեկտեմբերի 25-ի հանրահավաքով ժողովուրդը ցույց տվեց, որ պատրաստ է համախմբման:
 
3. Արժանապատիվ դիմակայում։ Մեր տղաները մարտի 5-ին արժանի հակահարված տվեցին ադրբեջանական ահաբեկչական գործողություններին՝ ցույց տալով, որ եթե պայքարում ես ոգով ու կամքով, քեզ հաղթել հնարավոր չէ։ Այդ արժանապատվության օրինակով մենք պետք է առջանորդվենք։
 
4. Միջազգային ուշադրություն: Մենք կարողացանք գրավել միջազգային հանրության, տարբեր երկրների և միջազգային կառույցների ուշադրությունը, լսելի դարձնել Արցախի ձայնը աշխարհում:
 
5. Կողք կողքի, բայց ոչ միասին: Ադրբեջանի այս գործողությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի ենթակայության ներքո: Արցախի կարգավիճակը պետք է որոշվի այստեղ ապրող մարդկանց կամարտահայտման իրավունքի իրացման հիման վրա:
 
6. Սփյուռքի արձագանք: Արցախի ուժը Հայկական աշխարհին ստիպեց ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել Արցախին և տարբեր հարթակներում բարձրացնել Արցախի հարցը:
 
7. Արցախի հարցն Ադրբեջանի ներքին խնդիրը չէ: Ադրբեջանին չհաջողվեց հասնել իր ծրագրերի իրականացմանը և ցույց տալ, որ Արցախի հարցն իր ներքին խնդիրն է:
 
8. Միջազգային դատապարտում: Միջազգային մի շարք կառույցներ դատապարտեցին Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները, Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանն ու ՄԱԿ–ի արդարադատության դատարանը որոշում կայացրեցին՝ պահանջելով անհապաղ վերականգնել Հայաստանի հետ կապը:
 
9. Ինվետարիզացիա: Ճգնաժամը թույլ տվեց գնահատել մեր թույլ կողմերը և հասկանալ, թե ինչ է պետք է անել՝ դրանք ուժեղացնելու համար:
 
10. Բացթողումներ: Ի հայտ եկավ նաև «հարց լուծողներ» և «իրավիճակից օգտվողների» մի զանգված, որոնք այդպես էլ չգնահատեցին և չհասկացան իրավիճակի ողջ լրջությունը:
 
11. Խուսափում կոլապսից: Ծանր ձմռան, էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի, մյուս բոլոր ոլորտներում առաջացած դժվարությունները հնարավոր եղավ հաղթահարել առանց կոլապսի:
 
100 օր առաջ սկսված ու շարունակվող շրջափակումը մեզ կրկին հիշեցնում է՝ Արցախի համար պայքարելու ենք միշտ, քանի կանք ու ապրում ենք: Մեր ճանապարհը հեշտ չէ, բայց դա նաև մեզ սովորեցրել է լինել աներևակայելի համառ: Սա հերթական անգամ ցույց տվեց նաև, որ արցախյան հարցը ոչ միայն Արցախում ապրող հայերի, այլ ողջ հայության հարցն է: Ես ավելի քան վստահ եմ, որ եթե մենք գործենք Արցախ, Հայաստան, Սփյուռք միասնության մեջ՝ հստակ նպատակով ու տեսլականով, մեզ հաղթել ոչ ոք չի կարողանա:
