Tsargrad.tv–ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների հերթական սրացումն է: Բաքուն պետք է պայմանավորվածությունների շրջանակում ապահովեր ապրանքների տարանցումը Արցախը (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ) և Հայաստանը  կապող միակ Լաչինի միջանցքով։

Տեղանքը վերահսկվում է ռուսական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի կողմից։ Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին, ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանը փակել է Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ճանապարհը, որը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը և Հայաստանը կապող մայրուղին է։ Խորհրդային տարիներին Նախիջևանն ու Ադրբեջանը կապվում էին Սյունիքով, այժմ Ադրբեջանը շահագրգռված է դրա վերադարձով։ Ռուս խաղաղապահները փորձում են կանխել  կողմերի միջև բախումները:


Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ակտիվորեն փնտրում է Արեւմուտքի աջակցությունը, և ռուս խաղաղապահներին բացահայտորեն մեղադրում է խրոնիկ հակամարտությունը լուծելու անկարողության մեջ։ Իսկ այս տարի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կառավարությունը գլխավորած Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կարծիքով ռուս խաղաղապահները պետք է «տասնամյակներով» մնան թեժ տարածաշրջանում։


Ի դեպ, Վարդանյանն արդեն իսկ դիտվում է որպես իրական գործիչ, որը հավակնում է Հայաստանի ղեկավարի դերին։ Այսպես, օրինակ, «Ռեգնում» գործակալության վերլուծական խմբագրության գլխավոր խմբագիր Յուրի Բարանչիկը իր հեռագրային ալիքում գրել է, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն «այն մարդն է, ով կփոխարինի Փաշինյանին»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ գործարար Վարդանյանը եղել է «Տրոյկա» ներդրումային ընկերության ղեկավարն ու գլխավոր գործընկերը, ինչպես նաև Մոսկվայի «Սկոլկովո» կառավարման դպրոցի առաջին նախագահը։ Վարդանյանը Արցախ տեղափոխվելու և ՌԴ քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվելու որոշումը կայացրել է հարաբերությունների հերթական սրման ֆոնին։


«Իր նշանակվելուց մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ Վարդանյանը զգուշացրել էր, որ նոր ապակայունացման վտանգը «մեծ է, քան երբևէ», իսկ Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը չունի «կամք և պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ», որպեսի համակարգված կերպով լուծի Արցախի անվտանգության հարցը»,– գրել է Բարանչիկը: 


Լրագրող, հրապարակախոս Սերգեյ Մարդանն իր հերթին հեռագրայինի իր ալիքում գրել է, որ Փաշինյանի հիստերիան բացատրվում է հենց Վարդանյանի կերպարի առկայությամբ.


«Թվում է, թե հիմա միանգամայն պարզ է, թե Ռուսաստանը ո՞ւմ է տեսնում որպես բարեկամ Հայաստանի ապագա ղեկավար և ինչո՞ւ է Փաշինյանը հիստերիայի մեջ ընկել»:
