Արցախում երեկ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ է անցկացվել: ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանը, որը ևս մասնակցել է նիստին, «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ նիստի ժամանակ քննարկվել է Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը:

«Մենք արդեն իսկ աղետի մեջ ենք: Բացի մայր Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհը շրջափակելուց, Ադրբեջանը փակել է նաև գազի մատակարարումը: Սա Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական իշխանությունների կողմից կազմակերպված սադրանք է, որը հետապնդում է ոչ թե բնապահպանական, այլ քաղաքական նպատակներ: Բնապահպանական պատրվակի տակ ուզում են իրենց իշխանությունը հաստատել Արցախում, ինչ-որ մոնիթորինգ են այդ պատճառաբանությամբ ուզում անել Կաշենում: Եթե մենք տուրք տանք Ադրբեջանի ցանկություններին, կլինի կապիտուլյացիա՝ արդեն սպիտակ դրոշով: Սա մեր քաղաքական ուժի դիրքորոշումն է»,-ասաց Գալստյանը:

Հարցին, թե ԱՀ ԱԽ նիստում հնչե՞լ են արդյոք հայտարարություններ որևէ զիջման, փոխզիջման անընդունելիության մասով՝ նա շեշտեց. «Չմանրամասնենք, թե ինչ տեսակետներ են հնչել: Ես հնչեցրի մեր քաղաքական ուժի դիրքորոշումը: Մեր կողմից մտահոգություններ են հնչել հատկապես ՀՀ իշխանություն կոչվածի՝ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, լռության առումով: Նշել ենք, որ այսօր համարժեք արձագանքներ չենք տեսնում Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից, չկան նաև հանձնարարականներ, որոնք արդեն պետք է լինեին: Կարծում ենք՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունները նամակներով ու հայտարարություններով պետք է դիմեին ՀՀ դեսպանատներին, միջազգային կազմակերպություններին, ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ հրավիրելու քայլեր ձեռնարկեին: Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող սպիտակ ցեղասպանության նկատմամբ ՀՀ իշխանությունների նման լռությունն անընդունելի է մեզ համար, ինչը լավ տեղ չի տանելու»:

Նա նշեց, որ այսօր ՀՀ-ում միակ գործուն քայլը ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակի մոտ Արցախի պետնախարարի խորհրդական Արտակ Բեգլարյանի նստացույցն է. «Կարևոր են նաև ակցիաները, որոնք երեկ տեղի ունեցան ՀՀ-ում ու այսօր ևս սպասվում են: Նման քայլերով միայն կարող են դուրս գալ այսօրվա վիճակից: Եթե ՀՀ իշխանությունները շարունակեն լռել, ապա իրենց լուռ համաձայնությունն են տալիս Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան քաղաքականությանը»:
