Դատական համակարգի այն չնչին հույսերը, որոնք առհասարակ մեր որոշ հայրենակիցներ կարող էին ունենալ, որ դատական համակարգը գործող է, արդար է, այսօր այդ բոլորը հույսերը ոչնչացվեցին։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 20-ին, հավաքի ժամանակ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Վարդեւանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այսօր ԲԴԽ նախագահ (լիազորությունները ժամանակավորապես կասեցված են) Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի կողմից ԲԴԽ նախագահի պարտականությունները կատարող Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի հետ ունեցած զրույցի աղմակահարույց ձայնագրությանը։

«Լսո՞ւմ եք՝ ինչպես է արտահայտվում ԲԴԽ-ի մասին։ Մի կառույցի, որտեղ ինքը որպես իրավաբան-գիտնական ընտրվել էր։ Սա մի ամբողջ իրավաբանական մասնագիտական համայնքի համար այնպիսի մեծ հարված է։ Եվ սա իրավաբան-գիտնական, ԲԴԽ նախագահի պարտականությունները կատարողն է։ Այդ ձայնագրությամբ հաստատվեց, որ  2021 թվականի հունիսի ընտրությունները զրո աստիճանի լեգիտիմությունը ունեն, որովհետեւ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի ընտրության ժամանակացույցը նայեք, երբ ինքը ընտրվեց ԱԺ-ի կողմից եւ դրանից հետո սկսվեց նախընտրական շրջանը։ Ինքն ասում է՝ իր վզին դրել են, որ ինքն այդ գործը պետք է անի, գործն էլ այն է, որ Քոչարյանը եւ Դաշնակցությունը չգան իշխանության»,- ասաց Վարդեւանյանը։

Պատգամավորը շեշտեց, որ Ջհանգիրյանն ի սկզբանե լեգիտիմ չի եղել այդ պաշտոնում եւ պետք  է հեռանա. «Սահմանադրականության խնդիր էլ կար, բայց ՍԴ-ն շատ դաժան ձեւով սպառեց իրեն։ Ջհանգիրյանը չի կարող պաշտոնավարել։ Պատկերացնում եք, որ ԵՄ դեսպանը գա ու նստի մի մարդու հետ, որը պատմում է առյուծի եւ գազանների պատմություններ»։

Վարդեւանյանն ասաց, որ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը լիազորությունների չարաշահման ինքնախոստովանական դիտարկումներ է արել. «Ջհանգիրյանն ասել է, որ ինքը կարող է գործեր տոռմուզ տալ եւ ընթացք տալ»։
