ԱԴՐԲԵՋԱՆԸ ԴԵՌԵՒՍ ՉԻ ԿԱՐՈՂԱՆՈՒՄ ԻՐԵՆՈՎ ԱՆԵԼ ՕԿՈՒՊԱՑՎԱԾ ՏԱՐԱԾՔՆԵՐԸ
 
Ալիևի՝ Ուկրաինա կատարած այցը ուշագրավ է թե աշխարհաքաղաքական կոնտեքստի, թե ընտրած ժամանակահատվածի առումով։
 
Սակայն առանձնակի ուշադրության է արժանի այցի շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը՝ համաձայն որի Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է Ուկրաինայում գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողեր վարձակալել։
Այս փաստը հետաքրքրական է հատկապես 44-օրյա պատերազմից հոտո Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջանների մեծ մասի օկուպացիայի համատեքստում։
 
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ այդ շրջանները ներառում էին գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հսկայական հողեր, որոնք ապահովում էին հացահատիկի, բանջարա-բոստանային կուլտուրաների և մրգերի մեծածավալ պաշարներ։
 
Այդ հողերը կարևոր նշանակություն ունեին ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլև Հայաստանի պարենային անվտանգության ապահովման տեսանկյունից։ Նաև փաստ է, որ Ադրբեջանը վերջին շրջանում բախվել է հացահատիկի դեֆիցիտի հետ։
 
Այս համատեքստում Ադրբեջանի կողմից Ուկրաինայում գյուղատնտեսական հողերի վարձակալությունը կարող է վկայել մի քանի իրողությունների մասին․
 
Ա․ Ադրբեջանը չի կարողանում Արցախի օկուպացված տարածքներում բնականոն տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալել։
 
Բ․ ադրբեջանցիները հրաժարվում են վերադառնալ այդ տարածքներ
Գ․ ադրբեջանցիները վստահ չեն, որ կարողանալու են պահպանել վերահսկողությունը Արցախի օկուպացված տարածքների նկատմամբ։
 
Դե, իսկ թե ինչ բացասական հետևանքներ ունեցավ այդ հողերի կորուստը նաև Հայաստանի և Արցախի պարենային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից՝ մեր քաղաքացիները սեփական մաշկի վրա են զգում, այդ թվում՝ պարենային ապրանքների շրջանում կտրուկ գնաճի պայմաններում։
