Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանն Ամանորի առթիվ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել, որում ասվում է․

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Ի՛մ սյունեցիներ

Ահա ևս մեկ տարի ճանապարհում ենք դեպի պատմություն։ Ճանապարհում ենք դեռևս կռացած մեջքով, արցունքը՝ մեր աչքերում, առանց այդքան սպասված բաղձալի հաղթանակի։ Մենք այսօր դեռ ունենք սգացող մայրեր, իրենց որդիներին գերությունից սպասող ծնողներ, օկուպացված հայրենի հող։

Կորուստներով լի ավարտվող տարում խաղաղություն, երջանկություն ցանկալուց առաջ, պիտի մաղթեմ առաջին հերթին հաղթանակ։ Հաղթանակն է, որ կսփոփի որդուն կորցրած ծնողին, ժպիտ կբերի բոլորիս դեմքին, և հաղթողի կեցվացքով կներկայանանք աշխարհին։

Ի վերջո բաղձալի խաղաղությունը կապահովի միմիայն հաղթանակը։ Ես հավատում եմ, որ գալու է այդ օրը։ Մեր համախմբելու, պայքարելու ու արժանապատվության շնորհիվ պիտի մեր ասելիքն ասենք հաղթողի դիրքից։ Տարեմուտին մաղթանքս մեկն է․ թող 2022 թվականը հայ ազգի համար հաղթանակի տարի լինի։

Թող յուրաքանչյուրիցս խլված երջանկությունը վերադառնա և թող 2022-ը ճանապարհելիս արժանապատվորեն կարողանանք նայել մեր երեխաների ու թոռների աչքերին։ Մեր՝ բոլորիս պայքարը դեռ ավարտված չէ։ Ավելին, այն նորովի Նոր տարում պետք է կարողանանք հասցնել իր վճռական ավարտին։ Ուրեմն՝ վճռական պայքարի ու հաղթանակների տարի եմ մաղթում։
