Կառավարություն-Ազգային ժողով հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հարց ուղղեց վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ հետաքրքրվելով, թե ադրբեջանական զորքերը Հայաստանի տարածքից դուրս բերելու առումով ինչ փուլում են բանակցությունները։

«Ինչ արձագանքներ ունենք ՀԱՊԿ-ից, ՌԴ-ից այս մասով։ Մենք երեկ դիմել ենք կառավարությանը՝ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդում նույնպես  հարցը ներկայացնելու իմաստով։ Ուզում եմ հասկանալ՝ քաղաքական ուժերը, խորհրդարանականներս, բացի այն, ինչ անում ենք միջազգային հարթակներում, է՞լ ինչ կարող ենք անել, որ միասնական լինենք այն մասով, որ ադրբեջանական զորքերը օր առաջ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սուվերեն տարածքից դուրս բերվեն»,-հարցն ուղղեց պատգամավորը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնեց, թե ինչու որոշվեց ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմել և ինչ իրավիճակ է այս պահին։

«Այս պահի դրությամբ, իհարկե ՀԱՊԿ գործողությունների արագությունը մեզ չի բավարարում, բայց մենք շարունակելու ենք հետևողականորեն աշխատել այդ ուղղությամբ և մեր գործընկների հետ իրավիճակի հետագա պարզաբանման վերաբերյալ աշխատանքներ իրականացնել, որովհետև ես կարծում եմ, որ այն նախնական մտահաղացումը, որն իմ կարծիքով ունի Ադրբեջանը՝ էդ մտահաղացումն այս պահի դրությամբ ես չեզոքացված չեմ համարում, որովհետև այստեղ պետք է այդ մտահղացման վերաբերյալ մեր գործընկերները հստակ տեղեկացված լինեն և պետք է հստակ դիրքորոշում արտահայտեն։

Ընդ որում, ես ուզում եմ բոլորիս ուշադրությունը հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ ՀԱՊԿ երկրները, և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը հստակ դիրքորոշում չի արտահայտել, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է զորքերն այդտեղից հետ քաշի։ Աշխատանքյաին մակարդակում էդ դիրքորոշումն արտահայտվում է, բայց հրապարակային մակարդակում չի արտահայտվում։ Ես ուզում եմ, որ այս հարցերում հստակցություն մտցվի»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նա նաև խոսեց ՄԱԿ անվտանգության խորհրդին դիմելու մասին։ «Այդ հարցը հենց առաջին օրերից էլ քննակման առարկա եղել ք, շարունակում է քննարկման առարկա լինել»,-ասաց վրաչպետի պաշտոնակատարը։ Նա նշեց, որ երբեք չի բացավել և հիմա էլ չի բացառվում, որ կգնան այդ ճանապարհով, եթե ՀԱՊԿ գործիքները կամ հայ-ռուսական միացյալ զորախմբի վերաբերյալ պայմանագրի գործիքները չբավարարեն այս իրավիճակն ու խնդիրը լուծելու համար։
