Գեղարքունիքի մարզի մի շարք համայնքներ սահմանամերձ են Ադրբեջանի հետ, համայնքներում դեռ տեղյակ չեն, թե սահմանազատման ինչ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվելու առաջիկայում, ինչ խնդիրներ կարող են առաջանալ։

Մարզի Ջիլ համայնքի սահմանների հետ հնարավոր խնդիրների առաջացման մասին հարցին համայնքի ղեկավար Սուլիկո Շուշանյանը պատասխանում է, որ Ադրբեջանին անմիջապես սահմանակից են և Ջիլը, և Ծափաթաղը, և Արտանիշը։

Աղբերք, Շորժա, Արտանիշ, Դրախտիկ, Ծափաթաղ և Ջիլ գյուղերը ներառված են Շողակաթ համայնքի կազմում։ Համայնքապետ Սուլիկո Շուշանյանը նշում է, որ տեղյակ էլ չեն՝ սահմանազատում լինելու է, թե ոչ։ Այս համայնքները նախքան պատերազմն էլ էին սահմանակից Ադրբեջանին։ Հրադադարից հետո, այստեղ սահմանի խախտման դեպքեր չեն եղել, ասում է համայնքապետը։

«Դա արդեն մեր կառավարությունը, մեր սահմանապահ զորքերը պիտի ասեն՝ կլինի սահմանազատում, թե ոչ, մենք ոչ մի ինֆորմացիա չունենք։ Այնտեղ մեր սահմանը կա, նախկին սովետական սահմանն է, այս պահին էլ նույն դրությամբ ենք կանգնած, փոփոխությունների չի ենթարկվել սահմանը։ Էդ ալիքը մեզ դեռ չի հասել, շատ լավ կլինի, որ չհասնի»,- ասաց նա։

Սուլիկո Շուշանյանի խոսքով՝ իրենք նահանջելու տեղ չունեն։

«Եթե մեր համայնքներում դելիմտիացիա-դեմարկացիա լինի, պետք է արդեն Արծվաշենի հարցը մեջտեղ քաշվի։ Եթե նստեն, նոր սահման գծեն, ուրեմն Արծվաշենով պիտի գծեն։ Ճիշտ է, Արծվաշենը անկլավ է, բայց այդ հարցը պետք է բարձրացնել, եթե Ջիլի սահմանների հարց լինի։ Արծվաշենը հո ադրբեջանական չէ, հայկական հող է։ Եթե սկսեն սահմանները գծել, այսինքն՝ Զոդից գան, Փամբակով դուրս գան, ուրեմն պիտի գնան Արծվաշենով գան։ Մենք պիտի սպասենք, որ գարունը գա։ Թե էդ գարունն ինչ գարուն կլինի, գարունը ձյուն կանի, թե՞ արև կլինի, չգիտենք»,- հավելեց նա։

Սուլիկո Շուշանյանի խոսքով՝ Գեղարքունիքի սահմանամերձ համայնքներում որևէ խուճապ չկա, մարդիկ իրենց առօրյա կյանքով են։

Նա ասաց, որ Շողակաթի կազմում գտնվող համայնքներից նահանջելու տեղ չունեն։ «Մեզ մոտ սահման է, Սևանա լճից ընդամենը 8-10 կմ է։ Մենք նահանջելու տեղ չունենք, փոխելու տեղ չունենք։ Մեր տղերքը սահմանի վրա կանգնած են, այնտեղ նահանջելու տեղ չկա, ամեն ինչ ֆիքսված է»,- նշեց նա։

Ըստ համայնքի ղեկավարի՝ երկար ժամանակ է՝ մոտ երկու ամիս միջադեպեր ու կրակոցներ չկան սահմանին, հարաբերական անդորր է։
