ՀՀ ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց կառավարության ներկայացրած օրենքի նախագիծը, որով մասնավորապես առաջարկվում է արգելել լիազորված մարմնի կողմից հաստատված ցանկում ընդգրկված վայրի կենդանական տեսակների օգտագործումը կրկեսներում:

Թեմայի շուջ 1or.am-ը զրուցել է Երևանի Կենդանաբանական այգու տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, էկոլոգ Արևիկ Մկրտչյանը Արևիկ Մկրտչյանի հետ.

«Կրկեսներում վայրի կենդանատեսակների օգտագործումն արգելելը խոսում է տվյալ երկրի վերաբերմունքի մասին՝ դեպի կենդանիները և քաղաքակրթության նշան է: Այս առումով ես, բնականաբար, շատ դրական եմ գնահատում այս քայլը, որովհետև ինքս նաև կանգնած եմ եղել նախագծի ակունքներում և նախաձեռնության մաս եմ կազմել: Իմ կարծիքով՝ սա հիանալի նախագիծ է, սակայն սրանով կենդանական աշխարհի ոլորտում եղած բոլոր խնդիրները չեն լուծվելու: Մենք այսօր, մեղմ ասած, ունենք շատ վատ վիճակում գտնվող վայրի կենդանիներ, և, բնականաբար, իրենց մասով անհրաժեշտ են շատ լուրջ օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ և նախաձեռնություններ: Այսինքն՝ սա համարենք ընդամենը առաջին քայլ»:

Հարցին, թե առհասարակ ինչ կենդանատեսակներ են ներառված լիազորված մարմնի կողմից հաստատված ցանկում և ի՞նչ սկզբունքով են դրանք ընտրվել, Մկրտչյանը պատասխանեց.

«Ես իրականում տեղյակ չեմ այդ ցանկից և չեմ ծանոթացել դրան: Այս մասով ո՛չ հասարակական սեկտորի, ո՛չ մասնագիտական խմբերի հետ քննարկումներ չեն եղել: Ես տեղեկացված չեմ, թե այդ ցանկում ինչ կենդանատեսակներ են ընդգրկված: Հենց այստեղ կարող են սկսվել խնդիրները, եթե ինչ-որ մի կենդանի բաց թողնված լինի և ընդգրկված չլինի ցանկում: Այստեղ խնդիրը վայրի կենդանիների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքն է առհասարակ. վայրի կենդանիները վայրի բնության միավոր պետք է լինեն»:
