Արցախի Հանրապետության մասին.

Հայաստանի հաջորդ՝ Ազգային-Քրիստոնյա իշխանության ամբողջական ձևավորումից և Հայաստանը հինգ տարիների ընթացքում ռազմական և սոցիալական պետություն կառուցելուց անմիջապես հետո՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունը հրապարակավ, պաշտոնապես պետք է դիմի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձրագույն իշխանությանն՝ ամբողջական Արցախը Հայաստանին միավորելու առաջարկով:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձրագույն իշխանության կողմից կազմակերպչական լուրջ աշխատանքներ իրականացնելուց հետո՝ միջազգային հանրության առաջ, Արցախի քաղաքացիների ազատ, արդար և պատմական հանրաքվեի միջոցով, ամբողջական Արցախը կմիավորվի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը:
Ավելին, հաշվի առնելով, որ Երկիր մոլորակում տեղի են ունենում աշխարհաքաղաքական սրընթաց փոփոխություններ, և աշխարհի հատկապես գերտերություններն ու միջազգային կազմակերպություններն արդեն իսկ առաջնային, գլխավոր են դարձրել պետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականությունն, այլ ոչ թե ազգերի ինքնորոշումը, ուստի, Հայաստանի հաջորդ՝ Ազգային-Քրիստոնյա իշխանությունը միշտ խոսելու է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականության մասին, որի մեջ պարտադիր ընդգրկված կլինի ամբողջական Արցախը:
Ամբողջական Արցախը Հայաստանին վերամիավորելուց անմիջապես հետո՝ Հայաստանի բարձրագույն իշխանությունը պետք է ձեռնամուխ լինի հայկական պատմական հողերն ազատագրելուն և Հայաստանին վերամիավորելուն:
