Jan is also a member of the Forum of Armenian Associations of Europe which initiated an advocacy group for the protection of the Armenian Apostolic Church and Christianity in Armenia.
The group has made a statement condemning the unlawful steps taken by the authorities against the Armenian Apostolic Church.
