IDBank is now in Kapan: Opening of a new branch

IDBank has opened a new branch in the city of Kapan. The Bank’s team has already received positive feedback from customers, who are happy to note that in addition to online transactions, they now have the option of receiving service at a physical branch when needed.

As with all IDBank branches, the Kapan branch is equipped with modern technologies and all the necessary facilities to ensure convenient and high-quality service.

According to Artur Kocharyan, head of IDBank's Sales and regional management division, it is important and a priority for the Bank to ensure physical presence in every region of Armenia. “We know that residents of our border regions enthusiastically welcome every new product, especially when they don’t have the opportunity to frequently travel to the capital and carry out necessary transactions in person due to time and distance constraints. At the moment, we have many profitable offers for our customers — from the IDSalary salary package to the 25% idcoin campaign for airline ticket purchases, and more. Customers can get acquainted with all our offers and take advantage of them at the Kapan branch,” noted Artur Kocharyan.

This idea is also confirmed by the residents of Kapan. The Bank’s new branch in Kapan has already been operating for a month, and during this time, it has welcomed many new customers, while long-time clients have also started actively visiting the branch։ “IDBank already had many customers in Kapan and neighboring communities even before the branch opened, so this news was warmly welcomed. The new branch will make our cooperation even more reliable and customer service more convenient,” noted Arsham Sargsyan, Chief Specialist of the Education, Culture and Sports Department of the Kapan Municipality.

The "Kapan” branch is located at 1/68, A. Manukyan Street. Currently, IDBank has  branches in Yerevan, Echmiadzin, Vanadzor, Gyumri, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Armavir, Artashat and Kapan.
