Գործող իշխանությունն ապիկարություն ցուցաբերեց նաև համավարակի դեմ պայքարում: Այս մասին ասվում է Սասնա Ծռեր համահայկական կուսակցության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ, որն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

« Իշխանության ապիկարության հետևանքները հնարավորինս մեղմել ինքնակազմակերպմամբ

Գործող իշխանությունը ապիկարություն ցուցաբերեց նաև համավարակի դեմ պայքարում։

Նրա անպատասխանատու վարքի և անկարողության պատճառով համավարակի դեմ պայքարը դարձավ ձևական ու անլուրջ, ուստի կիրառվող կարանտինային և այլ սահմանափակումները կրկնակի վնաս հասցրեցին։

Ինչպես մյուս երկրներում, մեր երկրում ևս սահմանափակումները պետք է տնտեսական վնասի դիմաց առողջապահական օգուտ տային։

Սակայն Հայաստանում իշխանության մեղքով և՛ տնտեսական կորուստ եղավ, և՛ համավարակի թափը չկոտրվեց։

Կրկնակի ցավալի է, որ իշխանությունը, իր ապիկարությունն ու հանցավոր անգործությունը խոստովանելու փոխարեն, մեղքը բարդում է հասարակության վրա։

Իշխանությունն իր անհեթեթ ու անտրամաբանական վարքով և որոշումներով, բացասական անձնական օրինակով, ինչպես նաև անարդար և մեծավ մասամբ հավելյալ սոցիալական շփում պարտադրող սոցիալ-տնտեսական լուծումներով բացառեց սահմանափակումներից ակնկալվող առողջապահական արդյունքները։

Միայն այն հանգամանքը, որ համավարակի ժամանակ Արցախում հանուն Կրեմլի շահի անցկացվեցին տեղական մաֆիայի վերարտադրության ապօրինի ընտրություններ, բավարար էր անլրջություն և բախտի քմահաճույքին հանձնվելու տրամադրություն տարածելու համար։

Հայտնվելով տնտեսական և հակահամավարակային զույգ ճակատներում ձախողման փաստի առաջ, իշխանությունն ստիպված վերացնում է սահմանափակումները՝ ժողովրդին մատնելով անորոշության և համավարակի ծավալուն բռնկման վտանգի։

Բոլորս տեսնում ենք, որ համավարակը թափ է առնում. օրեցօր հիվանդացածների ռեկորդային թվերի մասին ենք լսում, թերևս արդեն չկա մեկը, որ չունենա հիվանդացած ծանոթ կամ բարեկամ։ Կասկած չկա, որ ներկայումս գտնվում ենք համավարակի բուռն տարածման ժամանակահատվածում։

Նման իրավիճակում պետք է հույսը դնենք մեզ վրա։

Կոչ ենք անում մեր ժողովրդին՝ տուրք չտալ հիվանդությունը ժխտող անհեթեթ տեսակետներին, գիտակցել վտանգի լրջությունը, ինքնակազմակերպվել, պահպանել հիգիենայի ու սոցիալական հեռավորության կանոնները, հատկապես զգույշ լինել տրանսպորտում, աշխատավայրում և այլ փակ տարածքներում, հնարավորինս տեղաշարժվել ոտքով, օգնել կարիքավորներին, իսկ հիվանդության ախտանշաններ զգալու կամ հիվանդի հետ շփման դեպքերում ինքնամեկուսանալ և տեղեկացնել պատկան կառույցներին։
