«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Արցախը ուրանալուց և դավադրաբար հանձնելուց, Ադրբեջանի կողմից հարյուր հազարավոր մարդկանց ամիսներով սովամահության եզրին պահելուց ու, ի վերջո, սեփական տներից տեղահան անելուց հետո, թվում էր, թե «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի» պետական ապարատը գոնե մի կաթիլ բարոյական պատասխանատվություն կզգար։ Թվում էր՝ ատամներով պիտի պահեին այն ամենը, ինչը դեռ հիշեցնում է Արցախի, դրա մշակույթի, ինքնության ու բառուբանի մասին, որպեսզի աշխարհով մեկ ցրված արցախցին գոնե մի թելով կապված մնար իր արմատներին։ Բայց, դե, ումից ինչ ակնկալես։ Փոխանակ արցախցու ձայնը հնչեցնող ու նրանց միավորող վերջին հենասյուներին տեր կանգնեն, մեր «սրտացավ» իշխանություններն անցել են վերջին տանիքներն էլ գլխներին փլելու սիրված գործին։

 Արցախի ներկայացուցչության շենքը դատարաններով խլելու գործընթացն արդեն սկսել է վտանգել մեկ այլ կարևոր արցախյան կառույցի՝ երկար տարիներ գործող «Արցախ TV»-ի գործունեությունը, որը փորձում է այդ նույն տանիքի տակ արցախցու շունչը վառ պահել, բայց այսօր կանգնել է փակուղու առաջ։

Ինչպես մեզ հետ զրույցում ահազանգել է հեռուստաընկերության տնօրենը, հիմնական մարտահրավերը հենց այդ չարաբաստիկ շենքային խնդիրն է։ Ու այստեղ ի հայտ է գալիս մեկ այլ՝ ոչ պակաս լուրջ խնդիր. մասնավոր հատվածում ևս հրաժարվում են վարձակալությամբ տարածք տրամադրել լրատվամիջոցին։ Ահա թե որտեղ է երևում մասնավոր հատվածի «քաջությունը». հետագա «հնարավոր անախորժություններից» վախեցած գործարարները պարզապես խուսափում են «Արցախ TV»-ին տարածք տալուց։ Դե, իշխանություններն այնպիսի «ազատ ու ժողովրդավար» մթնոլորտ են ձևավորել, որ Արցախի անունը տալն անգամ դարձրել են քաղաքական ռիսկ։

Ստացվում է փայլուն մի պատկեր. պետական ապարատը ոչ միայն ձեռքերը լվացել է արցախցու ճակատագրից, այլև կուլիսներում ուրախությամբ ձեռքերն է շփում, երբ հետևողականորեն քանդվում են արցախցու ցավն ու պահանջատիրությունը բարձրաձայնող վերջին հարթակները։ Մինչդեռ հեռուստաընկերությունն անգամ այս ծայրահեղ անհեթեթ պայմաններում փորձում է տեխնիկա վերազինել, ծրագրեր թարմացնել ու արցախցու ոգին բարձր պահել, իշխանական համակարգը զբաղված է այդ ձայնը վերջնականապես խլացնելով։

Սակայն սա միայն մեկ լրատվամիջոցի կամ տարածքի հարց չէ. սա պետք է լինի համազգային խնդիր և բոլորիս ինքնասիրության հարցը, որպեսզի մեր կորուսյալ հայրենիքի ձայնը չլռի, և յուրաքանչյուրս պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք դա պահպանելու համար։
