Братья и сестры, дорогие армяне!

Сегодня исполняется три года со дня трагических событий сентября 2023 года, навсегда оставивших глубокий след в истории Арцаха и всего армянского народа. После масштабной военной агрессии против Арцаха более 120 тысяч армян были вынуждены покинуть свои дома, родную землю и историческое наследие.

Сегодня мы вспоминаем эту трагедию с болью и чувством ответственности перед погибшими, вынужденными переселенцами и будущими поколениями.

На протяжении десятилетий Арцах был символом национальной стойкости, самоотверженности и борьбы за право жить на своей исторической земле. События 2020 и 2023 годов стали тяжелым испытанием. Но военное поражение и вынужденное переселение не могут означать поражения исторической памяти, национального достоинства и права народа на собственную историю.

История даст оценку решениям продажных политических сил и государственных деятелей, приведшим к нынешней реальности. Эта оценка должна основываться исторической правде и интересах армянского народа.

Мы убеждены, что Арцахский вопрос не может быть закрыт одними политическими заявлениями или международными документами. Наша задача - не позволить стереть Арцах из национального сознания. Мы должны сохранять память о погибших, поддерживать арцахцев, защищать историческое наследие и передавать молодому поколению правду о произошедшем.

История не заканчивается изменением границ или подписанием документов. Она продолжается до тех пор, пока жива память народа.

Сегодня мы склоняем головы перед памятью всех погибших за Арцах и выражаем глубокую солидарность всем арцахцам, вынужденным покинуть свои дома.

Дорогие арцахцы, братья и сестры, соотечественники!

Желаем вам стойкости, душевных сил и веры в будущее. Пусть память о погибших будет вечной, ни одна жертва не будет забыта, а стремление к справедливости и миру станет нашей общей силой.

Арцах остается частью нашей исторической памяти.
Арцах остается частью нашей национальной ответственности.
И память о нем будет жить в поколениях.
