Համայնքային ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժնի ծառայողները ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ Վանաձորի 19-ամյա բնակիչը Վանաձորի Աղայան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի մոտ գտնվող ավտոտնակներից վերցնում է կեղծ օղիներ, իր մեքենայով դրանք տեղափոխում և իրացնում։

Հետագա միջոցառումների արդյունքում հուլիսի 30-ի ցերեկը համայնքային ոստիկանները Աղայան փողոցում ձերբակալեցին երիտասարդին։ Նրա վարած մեքենան կնիքվեց պահպանվող հատուկ տարածքում, իսկ երիտասարդը ներկայացվեց Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն։

Զուգահեռ ոստիկանները հսկողություն սահմանեցին այն ավտոտնակների մոտ, որտեղից, ըստ տեղեկության, երիտասարդը վերցրել էր կեղծ օղիները։

Նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ, և հաջորդ երկու օրերին զննություններ կատարվեցին ավտոտնակներում․ հայտնաբերվեցին` շշալցված տարատեսակ 3130 օղի, օղու դատարկ շշեր, բազմաթիվ պիտակներ ու կափարիչներ, օղու նմանվող հեղուկով ապակե մեծ տարաներ և այլ պարագաներ։
