Shamshyan.com-ը գրում է․ Պարզվել է, որ այդ օրը՝ ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում, տեղի ունեցած փոխհրաձգության ժամանակ Նորատուս գյուղի բնակիչ, 47-ամյա Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանը, Նորատուս գյուղի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Վահե Ավետիսյանը, Նորատուս գյուղի բնակիչ, 28-ամյա Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը և Նորատուս գյուղի բնակիչ, 37-ամյա Աշոտ Եղիազարյանը ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերած, պահած և կրած, դեռևս չպարզված հրազեններով, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով, 2 և ավելի անձանց՝ Գավառ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 39-ամյա Արմեն Հայթյանին, Գավառ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 37-ամյա Վարդան Դավոյանին և նրանց հետ գտնվող անձանց ապօրինաբար, ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով, կարճ տարածությունից կարճ տարածությունից կրակահերթ են արձակել՝ ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, իրենց ուղղությամբ կրակող Ա. Հայթյանի վրա:

Փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով Վ. Ավետիսյանը և Գավառ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 31-ամյա Զոհրաբ Պարոնիկյանը տեղում սպանվել են, իսկ Հ.Հակոբյանը, Ա.Սարգսյանը, Ա.Պետրոսյանը, Ս.Մելոյանը, Ա.Հայթյանը և Վ.Դավոյանը հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Գավառ» Բ/Կ, արդյունքում Ռ.Հակոբյանը, Ա.Եղազարյանը, Հ.Հակոբյանը և Վ.Ավետիսյանն իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չեն հասցրել:

Ռ.Հակոբյանին և Ա.Եղազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քր. օր. 34-104 հոդ. 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ, 7-րդ կետերով և 235 հոդ. 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով ու խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորում:

Ներկայացրել էինք նաև լուսանկարներ՝ Գավառի բժշկական կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած ավերածությունից հետո, թե այնտեղ ժամանած ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները ինչ իրավիճակի են ականատես եղել։

Ներկայացրել էինք նաև լուսանկարներ, թե ինչպես էին սպանության վայր ժամանում Toyota մակնիշի 47 CC 777 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով 3 երիտասարդներ, որոնք, ըստ տեղեկությունների, Նորատուսից են։

Տեսնելով կրակված ավտոմեքենան՝ հայհոյանքներ ու հաշվեհարդար տալու կոչերով ուղևորվում են Գավառի բժշկական կենտրոն։
