«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը խստորեն դատապարտում է Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ի և Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու վեց եպիսկոպոսների նկատմամբ իրականացվող ապօրինի քրեական հետապնդումը։

• Խորհրդարանական վերջին ընտրությունները կեղծած և ժողովրդի իշխանությունը բռնազավթած ոչ լեգիտիմ վարչախումբը, Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու կանոնական հարցերին միջամտելով, Կաթողիկոսին պաշտոնանկ անելու օրակարգն առաջ տանելով, ուղիղ ձևով սպասարկում է թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի շահը՝ կազմաքանդելու մեր եկեղեցին և հայ ժողովրդին զրկելու իր ազգային, հոգևոր ինքնության պատվար հանդիսացող երկհազարամյա այս կարևորագույն ինստիտուտից։

 Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու ներքին ինքնակառավարման իրավունքը հարգելը և նրա կանոնական ու վարչական գործունեությանը ցանկացած միջամտությունից զերծ մնալն ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրության պահանջն է, այնպես էլ պետության ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունը:

Պետական իշխանության կողմից քրեական հետապնդման գործիքակազմի կիրառումը՝ Եկեղեցու վրա ճնշում գործադրելու նպատակով, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական կարգի, իրավական պետության և կրոնական ազատության հիմնարար սկզբունքների ոտնահարում է:

Մասնավորապես, բարձրաստիճան հոգևորականների հանդեպ քաղաքական հետապնդումների մեջ դատարաններին ստիպողաբար ներքաշելը իշխանության ճյուղերի տարանջատման ու հավասարակշռման հիմնարար սկզբունքի կոպտագույն խախտում է, ինչը Հայաստանը բռնապետության վերածելու հստակ ցուցիչ է և ծանր հարված մեր պետության միջազգային հեղինակությանը։

«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը պետական ինստիտուտներից պահանջում է.
● առաջնորդվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրությամբ ու օրենքներով, զերծ մնալ գործող վարչախմբի քաղաքական ուղղորդումներից և անհապաղ դադարեցնել Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի և բարձրաստիճան հոգևորականների նկատմամբ ակնհայտ քաղաքական բնույթ կրող քրեական հետապնդումը,
● բացառել Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու ներքին ինքնակառավարման գործընթացներին պետական միջամտության ցանկացած փորձ,
● ապահովել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությամբ և միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերով երաշխավորված կրոնի ազատության և կրոնական կազմակերպությունների ինքնավարության լիարժեք պաշտպանությունը։
 
Կոչ ենք անում միջազգային կազմակերպություններին, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության կառույցներին և Հայաստանի միջազգային գործընկերներին՝ հստակ գնահատական տալ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին, բարձրաձայնել և կանխել Հայաստանի սահմանադրական կարգի ու կրոնական ազատության դեմ ուղղված այս վտանգավոր քայլերը:
