Բ-341Վ «Լեեր-3»-ը ռադիոէլեկտրոնային պայքարի և ռադիոտեխնիկական հետախուզության ժամանակակից ռուսական համալիր է, որը ստեղծվել է GSM ստանդարտի բջջային կապի ցանցերի հետ աշխատելու համար։ Այս համալիրի առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ «Օռլան-10»տիպի անօդաչու թռչող սարքի օգնությամբ ՌԷԲ-ի եւ ՌՏՌ-ի միջոցների առաքումը թիրախներին: «Լեերի» խնդիրների շարքում կարելի է առանձնացնել բջջային կապի ճնշումը, GSM 900 եւ GSM 1800 միջակայքերում բջջային կապի բազային կայանի աշխատանքի նմանակումը եւ ազդանշանների (կեղծ հաղորդագրությունների՝ հակառակորդին մոլորեցնելու համար) ուղարկումը:

Տվյալ դեպքում այդ գործառույթի միջոցով կարեւոր տեղեկատվություն է ուղարկվում հումանիտար գործողության շրջանում։ Ռուս խաղաղապահները պատրաստվում են «Լեեր-3»-ը օգտագործել բացառապես տեղի բնակչությանը հումանիտար ակցիաների անցկացման մասին զանգվածային իրազեկման համար:

Այդպես էլ կա, «Լեեր-3»-ի ֆունկցիաների մեջ է բջջային կապի առաքումը: Սակայն այս համալիրն ի զորու է նաեւ ճնշել ռադիոբջջային եւ այլ տիպի ալիքները: Այդ թվում նրանք, որոնցով ղեկավարվում են ԱԹՍ-ները: Ավելի մատչելի լեզվով ասած, «Լեեր-3»-ն ի զորու է ճնշելով թռչող սարքավորումների հետ (եւ ոչ միայն) օպերատորների կապը, այդ սարքավորումները փաստացի զրկել կառավարումից, ավելին, նաեւ իր վրա վերցնել տարբեր թռչող սարքերի կառավարումը: Եվ դրա հաշվին «Լեեր-3»-ը փաստասի դառնում է նաեւ ԱԹՍ-ների դեմ պայքարի հզոր միջոց: Արդյունքում, միգուցե «Լեեր-3»-ը խաղաղ իրավիճակում կզբաղվեն Արցախում բջջային կապ տարածելով: Բայց անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նրանք կարող են միանգամայն այլ գործառույթի անցնել:Турки в тревоге: В Карабах прибыли новейшие русские комплексы «Леер-3» — стала известна цель (ФОТО) | Русская весна
