Էսօր երեկոյան Բերձորի մեր վստահելի ընկեր, մեր ուղարկած բոլոր բեռների համակարգող Գոռ Մանուկյանը զանգեց, և խնդրեց մի տասնյակ, կամ ավելի բեռնատարներ հավաքագրենք, ցանկալի է՝ գործիքներով զինված մասնագետների հետ միասին, որ կարողանան Բերձորի տների ու չօգտագործված շինանյութը տեղափոխեն մոտակա հայաբնակ, քարտեզով ԱՀ տարածքում ներառված գյուղեր:
Մարդիկ չեն ուզում լքել ԱՀ տարածքը, և ցանկանում են բնակարան սարքել մոտակա գյուղերում:
Ունեն ընդամենը 3 օր: Որովհետև նոյեմբերի 30-ին մինչև ժ. 18.00 պետք է ազատեն քաղաքը:
Տնաշինության համար սա տասնյակներ անգամ ավելի էժան և արագ կարժենա, քան եղածը վառելն ու Հայաստանից, դեռևս անկանխատեսելի դժվարություններով նոր շինանյութ ստանալը:
Մենք, իհարկե, անմիջապես լծվել ենք խնդրի լուծմանը:
Բայց սա պետական կարգավորման խնդիր է: Եվ այն, ինչ մեզ կհաջողվի անել մեծ ճիգերի ու սեփական միջոցների հաշվին, պետությունն ի վիճակի է լուծել շատ արագ և անհամեմատ ավելի արդյունավետ:
Խնդրում եմ բոլորին, ով ունի բեռնատար, բալգարկա, զոդման, կտրման ապարատներ, տարատեսակ գործիքներ... միացեք մեր հայրենակիցների խնդրանքը կատարելուն:
Անձամբ ուժերիս ներածին չափ կֆինանսավորեմ գոնե 10 մեքենայի վառելանյութի, ու մարդկանց 2-3 օր ապրելու բոլոր ծախսերը:
Դիմում եմ բոլոր պետական ձեռնարկություններին և ոչ պետական շինարարական կազմակերպություններին` խնդրում եմ, միացեք այս նախաձեռնության իրականացմանը:
Հարցը մի քանի մեքենա շինանյութ տեղափոխելու մեջ չի, այլ մի հոծ զանգվածի Արցախը չլքելու մեջ է:
