«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մոլդովայի վարչապետ Ալեքսանդրու Մունտյանուն հայտարարել է հրաժարականի մասին՝ նշելով, որ այլևս չի կարող պահպանել իր սկզբունքներն ու համոզմունքները։ Այս որոշման նախապատմությունն ունի հստակ սոցիալ-տնտեսական և քաղաքական հիմքեր։ Մոլդովան տնտեսական ճգնաժամ է ապրում գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի բարձր գների պատճառով, որոնք երկրում պարբերաբար բողոքի ցույցեր են առաջացնում։ Ընդդիմությունն այս ճգնաժամի համար ուղղակիորեն մեղադրում է արևմտամետ կառավարությանը, որը Ռուսաստանի հետ առճակատման ուղի է ընտրել։

Այս իրադարձությունը կարևոր նախադեպ է քաղաքական պատասխանատվության տեսանկյունից, որի համատեքստում անհնար է զուգահեռներ չանցկացնել Հայաստանի ներկայիս իրականության հետ։ Հայաստանն այսօր գտնվում է գրեթե նույն աշխարհաքաղաքական և սոցիալտնտեսական շրջափուլում։ Երկրի արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությունն ու ավանդական տնտեսական գործընկերների հետ հարաբերությունների սառեցումն արդեն իսկ ուղիղ ազդեցություն են ունենում ներքին կյանքի վրա։ Սակայն, ի տարբերություն Մոլդովայի վարչապետի, որն ստեղծված ճգնաժամի և հանրային դժգոհության ֆոնին նախընտրեց հեռանալ՝ իր երկիրը հետագա աղետներից զերծ պահելու համար, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը որդեգրել է բոլորովին այլ վարքագիծ։

Մինչ Մոլդովայում կառավարությունը քաղաքական հրաժարականով ընդունում է սեփական կուրսի ձախողումը կամ գոնե դրա հասցրած տնտեսական վնասները, Հայաստանում տնտեսական ռեալ ճգնաժամը մնում է անտեսված։ Այսօր հայաստանյան գյուղատնտեսությունը կանգնած է լուրջ խնդրի առաջ. գյուղացիների և ֆերմերների՝ ամիսների չարչարանքով ստեղծված բերքը պարզապես փչանում է ջերմոցներում։ Արտահանման շուկաների սահմանափակումները և տեղական սպառման ցածր մակարդակը ոլորտը կանգնեցրել են տոտալ վնասների առաջ։ Այս իրավիճակում կառավարությունը հայ հանրությանը և տուժած գյուղացուն ըստ էության ոչնչով չի օգնում։

Փոխարենը՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հանրային օրակարգը լցնում են արտաքին գործընկերների, մասնավորապես՝ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի կողմից հնչեցվող «հեռանկարային» խոստումներով։ Այդ հայտարարություններն ու վիրտուալ աջակցության ծրագրերը ներկայացվում են որպես տնտեսական այլընտրանք, սակայն իրականում դրանք որևէ կերպ չեն լուծում կոնկրետ հայ ֆերմերի բերքի իրացման և կուտակված վարկերի մարման հարցը։

Երկու երկրների քաղաքական վարքագծի համեմատությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ մի դեպքում ղեկավարը գերադասում է հեռանալ՝ պահպանելով իր սկզբունքներն ու փորձելով կայունացնել պետությունը, իսկ մյուս դեպքում՝ իշխանությունը, տնտեսական ակնհայտ ձախողումների և սեփական քաղաքացիների կրած վնասների ֆոնին, շարունակում է կառչած մնալ պաշտոններից՝ հանրությանը կերակրելով արտաքին քաղաքական պատրանքներով։
