Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուին և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են Կառավարությունից։


Ողջունելով ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարին` վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է. «Հարգելի Սերգեյ Կուժուգետովի, ողջունում եմ Ձեզ Հայաստանում: Սա շատ կարևոր այց է: Ցանկանում եմ նշել, որ պատերազմի ընթացքում մենք մշտապես զգացել ենք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, ՌԴ նախագահի, վարչապետի աջակցությունը, Ձեր անձնական աջակցությունը: Ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Ձեզ դրա համար:


Իհարկե, պատերազմից առաջ էլ դժվարին ժամանակաշրջան էր, բայց հիմա ավելի բարդ ժամանակներ են, և մենք հուսով ենք, որ այս ընթացքում կկարողանանք խորացնել մեր համագործակցությունը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ, այդ թվում` անվտանգության ոլորտում, և ոչ միայն անվտանգության, այլև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության:


Այժմ, իհարկե, մեր տարածաշրջանում այլ ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակ է: Այն փոխվել է, և դեռ պետք է ուսումնասիրել այդ իրավիճակի բոլոր պարամետրերը: Եվ, իհարկե, վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական համագործակցության և եղբայրական բարեկամության ոգով առաջիկայում և ռազմավարական ապագայում մեր կապերը կշարունակեն խորանալ, մեր փոխգործակցությունը կլինի ավելի սերտ և ավելի ռազմավարական: Շնորհակալ եմ»:


Իր խոսքում Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն նշել է. «Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի, շնորհակալ եմ ընդունելության և հանդիպման համար: Մենք եկել ենք լիովին կոնկրետ, որոշակի խնդիրներով: Գիտեք, որ ստորագրված հայտարարությունից հետո ամենաարագ կերպով հրավիրեցինք ողջ խաղաղապահ զորակազմը, որի տեղակայումն ավարտել ենք երեկ չէ առաջին օրը: Այս օրերի ընթացքում տեղակայվել ենք գործնականում Ղարաբաղի ամբողջ տարածքում` 23 դիտակետով, վերահսկում ենք Ստեփանակերտ տանող ճանապարհը, Լաչինի միջանցքը և ապահովում ենք տեղաշարժը, այնտեղից հեռացած փախստականների վերադարձը:


Հետագայում սպասվում է մեծ աշխատանք` այս անգամ, հուսով եմ, Ղարաբաղում խաղաղ կյանքի հաստատման ուղղությամբ: Մեր կողմից, իհարկե, գլխավոր խնդիրը արյունահեղություն թույլ չտալն է` խնդիր, որը մեր առջև դրել է մեր գերագույն հրամանատարը, և մենք, անկասկած, մտադիր ենք իրականացնել այն: Բացի այդ, մտադիր ենք քննարկել մեր խաղաղապահների հետագա կյանքին և աշխատանքին վերաբերող հարցեր, թե ինչ է անհրաժեշտ դրա համար: Եվ, բնականաբար, քննարկել բոլոր այն հարցերը, որոնք վերաբերում են մեր համագործակցությանը` և՛ ռազմական, և՛ ռազմատեխնիկական ուղղությամբ: Մենք եկել ենք մեծ ծրագրով և հույս ունենք իրագործել այն: Շնորհակալ եմ»:
