Արցախում պատերազմից հետո լայն թափով իրականացվում են ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգնման աշխատանքները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախի Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ Հունան Թադևոսյանը նշեց, որ Արցախում կապն ամբողջությամբ վերականգվել է:

«Արցախում վերջին շրջանում և՛ բջջային կապի, և՛ ինտերնետ կապի խնդիր կար: Պատերազմի ընթացքում շատ անգամ են թիրախավորվել «Ղարաբաղ տելեկոմ»-ի կայանները: Հիմա վերականգնման աշխատանքները վերջնական փուլում են: Այսօր կարող ենք ասել, որ Արցախում կապի խնդիր չկա»,-ասաց Հունան Թադևոսյանը:

Պատերազմի ընթացքում թե ջրամատակարարման, թե էլեկտրամատակարարման, թե գազամատակարարման հանգույցները ևս թիրախավորվել էին: Այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հնարավոր է եղել վերականգնման աշխատանքներում զգալի առաջընթաց գրանցել: Էլեկտրամատակարարման, ջրամատակարարման ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգնման աշխատանքներն ամբողջությամբ ավարտվել են: Ստեփանակերտում մի քանի թաղամաս է մնացել, որ գազամատակարարման ապահովման հարցերն ամբողջությամբ կարգավորվեն: Այդ աշխատանքները միաժամանակ իրականացվում են նաև Մարտունու, Մարտակերտի շրջաններում:

Հունան Թադևոսյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ բժշկական հաստատությունների աշխատանքի վերականգնման առումով ևս տեղաշարժ է նկատվում: Արդեն հայտարարվել է, որ բուժհաստատություններն անցնում են բնականոն աշխատանքի:

«Մեծ ծավալի աշխատանք է կատարվում ականազերծման, չպայթած արկերի վնասազերծման ուղղությամբ: Այսօր այդ աշխատանքներին միացավ ռուս խաղապահների արտակարգ իրավիճակների խումբը: Մինչ իրենց գալը, մեր ծառայության սակրավորներն օր ու գիշեր աշխատում էին: Այդ գործն արվում էր դեռ այն ժամանակ, երբ ռազմական գործողությունները չէին դադարել: Մի կողմից հրթիռակոծվում էր քաղաքը, հաջորդ օրը սակրավորներն արդեն աշխատանքի էին»,-ասաց նա:

Փրկարարները ներգրավված են դիակների որոնողական աշխատանքներում՝ աշխատելով ռուս խաղաղապահների, Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի հետ:
