Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր իմ հերթական ծանր օրերից մեկն է. այո՛, թեև կարողացել ենք փրկել Հայրենիքի մի մասը և հազարավոր կյանքեր, սակայն մարդկային ու տարածքային մեծ կորուստներ ենք ունեցել, ինչի մասին ևս մեկ անգամ վկայեցին Շուշիի մատույցներից այս օրերին հանած շուրջ 150 հայ զինծառայողների մարմինները, ամեն մեկը՝ մեկ օջախի և ողջ Հայրենիքի ճրագ: Դեռևս հարյուրավոր մարմիններ գտնվում են մարտադաշտերում՝ իրենց հարազատներին ու ամբողջ ժողովրդին պահելով անորոշության ու ցավի մեջ: Այս օրերին ես ինքս մեծ ժամանակ եմ տրամադրում զոհերի ու անհայտ կորածների հարազատներին՝ իրենց ցավը սփոփելով և համատեղ փնտրելով մեր նահատակ եղբայրներին:

Այդ բարոյական պարտականության կատարմանը զուգահեռ մենք խնդիր ունենք արագորեն բարձրացնելու Հայրենիքի անվտանգության երաշխիքները և երկարատև ու ծանր ջանքերով զբաղվել Արցախի ու հայ ժողովրդի հետպատերազմյան վերականգնման կարևորագույն գործով: Իհարկե, կան նաև այլ արտաքին ու ներքին բարդ մարտահրավերներ, սակայն դրանցից առավել առաջնահերթորեն ինձ անհանգստացնում են Մայր Հայրենիքի ներքին կայունությունն ու համերաշխությունը խաթարող լրջագույն վտանգները:

Հաշվի առնելով այս ծանրագույն ժամանակաշրջանում մեր ազգային ու պետական համերաշխության ու միասնականության անհրաժեշտությունը, ինչպես նաև իմ պարտավորությունն անմասն չմնալու համահայկական վճռորոշ հարցերի լուծումից՝ իմ խիստ անհանգստությունն եմ հայտնում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում դրսևորվող անհանդուրժողական ու բռնությունահեն միտումների առթիվ:

Ուստի, խստագույնս հորդորում եմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքաղաքական գործընթացներում ընդգրկված բոլոր ուժերին ու անձանց ցուցաբերել ազգային ու պետական բարձր սրտացավություն ու ողջախոհություն և Հայրենիքը հեռու պահել այնպիսի ցնցումներից, որոնք այս իրավիճակում կարող են դառնալ հայոց պետականության գերեզմանափորը: Ես բոլորից ակնկալում ու պահանջում եմ քաղաքակիրթ երկխոսությամբ և բացառապես սահմանադրական ճանապարհով կարգավորել ներքին տարաձայնությունները, որպեսզի մենք ի վիճակի լինենք Հայրենիքը տանել կայուն ու երկարատև զարգացման ճանապարհով:

Այս համատեքստում որոշում եմ կայացրել Արցախում ակտիվացնել քաղաքական խորհրդատվությունները բոլոր ուժերի ու գործիչների հետ՝ քննարկելու համար և՛ Արցախի հետպատերազմյան վերականգնման ու պետական կառավարման համակարգի բարեփոխման, և՛ համահայկական օրակարգի կարևորագույն հարցերը: Հուսամ, որ հնարավոր կլինի երկխոսության նույն մթնոլորտը ձևավորել նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում:
