Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը մասնակցել է Impacture 2026 համաժողովին

Ucom-ի աջակցությամբ և Մեդիամաքս մեդիա ընկերության նախաձեռնությամբ անցկացվեց Impacture 2026 համաժողովը՝ նվիրված բարեգործությանը, կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվությանը (ԿՍՊ) և հանրօգուտ ներդրումներին վերաբերող հարցերին։

Միջոցառումը համախմբել էր բիզնեսի, հասարակական և կրթական ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների՝ քննարկելու Հայաստանում պատասխանատու բիզնեսի դերն ու ապագան։

Համաժողովի բացման զրույցի հյուրն էր Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը, որը «Մեդիամաքս»-ի տնօրեն Արա Թադևոսյանի հետ քննարկեց Հայաստանում ԿՍՊ մշակույթի ձևավորման, բիզնեսի սոցիալական դերակատարության և երկարաժամկետ ազդեցություն ունեցող նախաձեռնությունների կարևորության թեմաները։

«Կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվությունը մեզ համար երբեք չի եղել պարզապես բարեգործություն կամ առանձին նախաձեռնությունների շարք։ Այն Ucom-ի արժեքային համակարգի և երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարության կարևոր մասն է։ Մենք համոզված ենք, որ ժամանակակից բիզնեսը պետք է ոչ միայն զարգացնի տեխնոլոգիաները, այլ նաև ներդրում կատարի երիտասարդների կրթության, բնապահպանության և համայնքների ապագայի մեջ։ Այսօր հասարակությունը բիզնեսից ակնկալում է ոչ միայն ծառայություն, այլ նաև պատասխանատու վերաբերմունք և իրական ազդեցություն։ Մենք հավատում ենք, որ կայուն և ուժեղ ընկերությունները ձևավորվում են այն ժամանակ, երբ բիզնեսի աճին զուգահեռ ստեղծվում է մնայուն արժեք»,  -  նշեց Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

Համաժողովի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ԿՍՊ ոլորտի էվոլյուցիային, բարեգործության և համակարգային սոցիալական պատասխանատվության տարբերություններին, ինչպես նաև պետություն-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության կարևորությանը։ Երկրորդ պանելային քննարկումը նվիրված էր բիզնեսի և մշակույթի համագործակցությանը, որտեղ քննարկվեցին մշակութային նախաձեռնությունների աջակցության ժամանակակից մոտեցումներն ու գործընկերության մոդելները։

«Որոշեցինք մեկ հարթակում խոսել բարեգործության, կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության և հանրօգուտ ներդրումների մասին, որովհետեւ կարծում ենք, որ այս երեքը պետք է փոխլրացնեն միմյանց, այլ ոչ թե մրցակցեն «լեգիտիմության» համար», - ասել է Մեդիամաքսի տնօրեն Արա Թադևոսյանը:
