Խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավն աչքի ընկնում տարբեր երբեմն սարսափելի ու գարշելի դրսևորումներով, բայց ամենագարշելի թեզը, որ տարածում է գործող իշխանությունը, ուղղված է արցախցիների և ընդդիմադիր գործիչների դեմ, այն է, թե ինչու են նրանք ողջ մնացել 44-օրյա պատերազմում։ Ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս օգտագործել է այս «փաստարկը»՝ ընդդեմ արցախցիների։

Օրերս էլ Արաբկիրում էր նույն բանը կրկնում արցախցի մի կնոջ հետ վիճաբանության ժամանակ։ Ընդ որում, այս թեզի տարածման գործում ոչ միայն Փաշինյանը, այլև նրա թիմակիցներն էլ ետ չեն մնում։ Երեկ Լոռիում արդեն պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն էր բղավում՝ դիմելով գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանին. «Արա, գերդաստանումդ 6 տղա ես ունեցել, ինչի՞ չեն զոհվել կամ վիրավորվել»։ Նիկոլական տրամաբանությամբ, եթե չես զոհվել պատերազմում, ուրեմն արդեն իսկ մեղավոր ես և դասալիք։ Կամ էլ գործող իշխանություններն իրականում ակնկալում էին, որ արցախցիները կզոհվեն և իրենց համար բեռ չէին դառնա։

Մեծամասամբ դասալիքներից բաղկացած իշխանությունն ուրիշներին է մեղադրում դասալքելու մեջ, մինչդեռ նույն այս իշխանության կազմում բազմաթիվ են մարդիկ, որոնք ոչ միայն չեն ծառայել բանակում, այլև կամուֆլաժ հագել են պատահականության բերումով, ընդամենը նկարվելու համար։ Հայաստանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներից շատերն ընդհանրապես չգիտեն՝ ինչ է զինվորական ծառայությունը, բայց ուրիշներին են մեղադրում չծառայելու մեջ։ Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ չի ծառայել, պատճառաբանում է, թե իբր ժամանակին օրենքով ազատվել է ծառայությունից, որոշներն էլ գիտությամբ զբաղվելու պատճառաբանությամբ են խուսափել ծառայությունից, բայց նրանց գիտական որևէ լուրջ ճեղքման մասին այդպես էլ տեղեկություններ չունենք։ Փաստն այն է, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունը ինքն է դասալիք, բայց ուրիշներին է մեղադրում իր իսկ մեղքերի մեջ։
