Արցախի Հանրապետությունում սույն թվականի մարտի 31-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքում «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը քաղաքացիների տբած քվեների արդյունքում երեք մանդատով ներկա է գտնվելու ԱՀ յոթերորդ գումարման խորհրդարանում։ Կուսակցության կողմից նորընտիր պատգամավորների թվում է նաև Դավիթ Գալստյանը, ով իր աշխատանքային գործունեությունը 2002 թվականից սկսել է ԱՀ հարկային պետական ծառայության կրտսեր պետական ծառայողի հաստիքից և հասել մինչև պլանավորման և վերլուծությունների բաժնի պետի պաշտոնին, իսկ 2011 թվականին տեղափոխվել է «Հայբիզնեսբանկ» ՓԲԸ: Նորընտիր պատգամավորը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ժողովրդին կուսակցությանը տված քվեների համար, որի շնորհիվ Դավիթ Գալստյանը հնարավորություն է ստացել իր գործունեությունը ծավալել որպես Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր և ֆեյսբուքի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է.

«Սիրելի գործընկերներ,
Ձեր հետ տարիներիս աշխատանքային փորձը հարկային և բանկային համակարգում ինձ սովորեցրին հասկանալ և գիտակցել օրենքների կատարելությունը և անկատարությունը, այն բոլոր դժվարությունները և վտանգները, որոնք բխում են օրենսդրական երկակի ստանդարտներից։ Հիմա ինձ ԱՀ քաղաքացիները տվել են հնարավորություն իմ հմտությունները և գիտելիքները օգտագործելու օրինաստեղծ գործունեության մեջ։ Առաջնային ինձ համար հարկային դաշտում օրենսդրական փոփոխություններն են, որոնք հավասար հնարավորություններ և պայմաններ կստեղծեն հարկատունների համար։ Շնորհակալություն եմ ուզում հայտնել իմ գործընկերներին թիմային աշխատանքի հմտություններ ձեռք բերելու, մարդկային հարաբերություններում ճիշտ արժեհամակարգ ձևավորելու և համատեղ աշխատանքի համար։
