Ապրիլի 18-ին հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն ձերբակալեց Հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի պրոռեկտոր Մարիամ Իսպիրյանին և իր որդուն, մի շարք մեղադրանքներ առաջադրելով, որոնց մեջ էր պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահումը և պաշտոնեական կեղծիքը։

Սակայն ի զարմանս շատ շատերի վերջինիս աշխատանքային գործունեությունը չկասեցվեց։ Միևնույն ժամանակ հիշեցնենք, որ հոկտեմբեր ամսին ձերբակալվեցին բուհի ռեկտորը, պրոռեկտորը և մի շարք աշխատակիցներ, որոնք իրենց ներկայացված տարբեր մեղադրանքները չեն ընդունել և գործը ուղարկվել է դատարան, սակայն նրանց աշխատանքային գործունեությունը կասեցվել է։

Այն, որ վերջիններս որևէ մեկի հովանավորչությունը չէին վայելում, դա պարզից էլ պարզ է, և հենց ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հրամանով նրանց առջև փակվեցին բուհի դռները և անգամ թույլ չտրվեց բուհ մտնել, ինչն ըստ էության մարդու իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտում էր։ Այս արարքը դեռ այն ժամանակ անգամ իրավապահներին էր զարմացրել։

Իսկ այսօր, Մարիամ Իսպիրյանը նստած է իր աշխատասենյակում, և կարծես թե բարեհաջող մոռացել է իր հետ կատարվածը և բանիմաց դեմքով նկարվում է բուհի կայքում տեղադրված տեղեկատվության համար։ Սակայն հասարակությունը սպասում է վերջինիս աշխատանքային գործունեության կասեցմանը, այլ ոչ նման հրապարակումներին։

Համալսարանում պնդում են, որ Մարիամ Իսպիրյանը ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի նշանակված կադրերից և վայելում է նրա բարձր հովանավորչությունը, և անգամ կատարված ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը հիմք չի դառնում նրա գործունեության կասեցման համար։

Համալսարանական համայնքը տարակուսում է, ինչու՞ կասեցվեց բարձր հարգանք վայելող ռեկտորի և մյուս պրոռեկտորի աշխատանքային գործունեությունը և ինչո՞ւ է Մարիամ Իսպիրյանը, ընդունելով իր հանցագործություն կատարելու փաստը, այսօր համալսարանում։ Միևնույն ժամանակ փաստում են, որ նրա հովանավորներից է ներկայումս ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան ՔՊ–ական փարաքարցի Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը։

Մենք ականատես եղանք, թե ինչպես Մկրտչյանը ազատեց հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրվող եղբորը քրեական պատասխանատվությունից և ինչ կատակերգության վերածվեց այդ գործը, հիմա էլ ականատես ենք մեկ այլ անօրինականության, սակայն այս անգամ կրթական ոլորտում։ Ինչպե՞ս են այս հարցին պատասխան տալու ՀՀ դատախազությունը և ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը։

Հուսանք համալսարանի դռները այս անգամ ևս կփակվեն իրական՝ մեղքը ընդունած հանցագործի առջև։
Կարծում ենք այս հարցը շատերին է հուզում և շատերն են սպասում արդարությանը։ Իսկ մենք շարունակում ենք հետևել իրադարձությունների բացահայտմանը և իհարկե օրենքի ուժի գերակայմանը։
