Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը Անթալիայի 5-րդ դիվանագիտական ֆորումի բացման ժամանակ անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններին՝ հայտարարելով, թե առաջ են գնում այդ հարցում Ադրբեջանի հետ համակարգված ձևով։ «Մենք քայլ առ քայլ առաջ ենք մղում Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը, և դա անում ենք Ադրբեջանի հետ համակարգված կերպով»,- ասել է Էրդողանը։

Ըստ էության, Թուրքիայի նախագահի այս հայտարարությունը պատասխան է հայկական կողմի կողմից անընդհատ հնչող խոսքերին, թե քաղաքական և տեխնիկական առումով Հայաստանը պատրաստ է ցանկացած պահի բացել հայ-թուրքական սահմանը։ Երեկ հենց այդ նույն ֆորումում հայտարարել էր Հայաստանը ներկայացնող փոխարտգործնախարար Վահան Կոստանյանը՝ նշելով, թե սահմանի բացումը կախված է թուրքական կողմից։ Ճիշտ նույնպիսի պատասխան Կոստանյանը տվել էր պաշտոնական Անկարայի հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ հարցին։

Ըստ էության, Թուրքիան հերթական անգամ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հայտարարում է, որ Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը կախված է Ադրբեջանից։ Փաստացի նույնիսկ Թուրքիան Հայաստանը ինքնուրույն սուբյեկտ չի համարում, այլ շաղկապում է ամեն ինչ՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերություններին։ Թուրքական կողմի այս քաղաքականությունը ապացուցում է, որ ընդամենը Հայաստանը թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը դիտարկում է որպես տարանցիկ երկիր, այսպես կոչված՝ «պրախադնոյ դվոռ», ոչ ավելին։

Եվ որքան էլ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները իրենց մեջտեղից ճղեն, հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի հետ կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ ոչինչ չի փոխվի, քանի դեռ այդ քայլին իր «դաբռոն» չի տվել պաշտոնական Բաքուն։ Հատկապես խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Փաշինյանի համար խիստ անհրաժեշտ է հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների բացումը կամ էլ որոշակի շոշափելի առաջընթաց ցույց տալը։ Բայց թուրքական կողմը բացեիբաց հայտարարում է, թե՝ «դա գրեթե անհնար է»․․․
