Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական դաշտում գնալով ավելի տեսանելի է դառնում մի կարևոր օրինաչափություն․ միայն միավորվելը կարող է իրական հնարավորություն տալ ընդդիմությանը մրցունակ լինել առաջիկա ընտրություններում։ Մասնատված մասնակցությունը ոչ միայն չի ուժեղացնում ընդդիմադիր դաշտը, այլև հակառակ ազդեցությունն է ունենում՝ նպաստելով գործող իշխանության վերարտադրմանը։

Այսօր բազմաթիվ փոքր քաղաքական ուժեր կանգնած են լուրջ ռիսկի առաջ՝ չապահովել նույնիսկ նվազագույն աջակցություն և իրենց հավաքած ձայները փաստացիորեն «նվիրաբերել» իշխանությանը։ Այդ ձայները չեն վերածվում մանդատների, այլ պարզապես փոշիանում են՝ ուժեղացնելով առաջատար ուժի դիրքերը։

Նման իրավիճակ արդեն արձանագրվել է 2021 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընթացքում, երբ տասնհինգ կուսակցություն չկարողացավ հաղթահարել անցողիկ շեմը։ Արդյունքում նրանց հավաքած ձայները չարտացոլվեցին խորհրդարանում և, ըստ էության, նպաստեցին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հաղթանակին։ Սա դաս է, որը, ըստ բազմաթիվ վերլուծաբանների, չպետք է անտեսվի նաև այս ընտրական փուլում։

Այս ֆոնին առանձնանում է այն մոտեցումը, ըստ որի ընդդիմադիր դաշտում պետք է ձևավորվի իրական կենտրոնացում։ Ներկայումս մի շարք գնահատականներով որպես այդպիսի առանցք դիտարկվում է Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը, որի շուրջ, ըստ հրապարակվող սոցիոլոգիական հարցումների, ձևավորվում է աճող աջակցություն։

Կուսակցությունը ներկայացնում է իր սեփական տնտեսական և անվտանգային ռազմավարությունը՝ մշակված տարբեր ոլորտների մասնագետների ներգրավմամբ։ Շեշտադրումը դրվում է համակարգային փոփոխությունների վրա՝ տնտեսության ակտիվացման, սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծման և անվտանգության ամրապնդման ուղղություններով։

Այս պայմաններում ընտրական գործընթացը վերածվում է ոչ միայն քաղաքական պայքարի, այլև ռազմավարական ընտրության։ Ընդդիմադիր դաշտի մասնատվածությունը կարող է կրկին բերել ձայների փոշիացման, մինչդեռ համախմբված մասնակցությունը կարող է փոխել ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հայտարարում է, որ ունի այլ քաղաքական օրակարգ և նպատակներ՝ փորձելով ներկայանալ որպես նոր մոտեցումների կրող ուժ։ Ներկայացված ծրագրերը, ըստ իրենց բնութագրման, ընդգրկուն են և միտված են երկրի առջև կանգնած հիմնական խնդիրների լուծմանը։ Անվտանգության և տնտեսության համատեղ զարգացումը ներկայացվում է որպես առանցքային ուղղություն, իսկ թիմը հայտարարում է պատրաստակամություն՝ առաջարկելու գործնական և կիրառելի քայլեր երկրի վիճակը բարելավելու համար։
