Правительство Японии полагает, что после объявления о двухнедельном прекращении огня между США и Ираном коммерческие суда начнут движение по Ормузскому проливу, однако негативное влияние ситуации на мировую обстановку пока будет сохраняться. Об этом заявил на условиях анонимности высокопоставленный представитель кабинета премьер-министра Санаэ Такаити в интервью телеканалу NHK.

«Нынешняя договоренность между США и Ираном, - сказал он, - вселяет определенное спокойствие. Мы полагаем, что суда сейчас начнут нормально двигаться в районе Персидского залива. Однако воздействие ситуации на экономику Японии и всего мира сохранится до тех пор, пока все не будет урегулировано на долговременной основе».

Чиновник выразил надежду на то, что имеющиеся проблемы будут решены дипломатическими средствами в течение нынешнего двухнедельного перемирия. По его мнению, в центре внимания теперь окажется, в частности, ситуация с иранскими обогащенным ураном. «И здесь пока еще рано делать какие-либо выводы», - подчеркнул представитель японского руководства.

Высокопоставленный сотрудник Министерства государственных земель, инфраструктуры, транспорта и туризма Японии сообщил NHK, что сейчас из-за фактической блокады Ормузского пролива в зоне Персидского залива заперты 42 японских судна. «Мы в деталях выясняем вопрос о том, будет ли полностью открыта эта трасса для судоходства», - сказал он.
