Ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը կզրկվի՞ նոր խորհրդարանում լինելու հնարավորությունից։ Երեկ նա հերթական սկանդալի մեջ է հայտնվել, լրագրողի հարցին, թե ինչու չի ծառայել իր որդին, Քոչարյանը պարզապես ցնցող ու ցինիկ պատասխան է տվել․ «Իմ տղան շատ բարձրակարգ տղա է, դու նրա գիտելիքների չափ որ ունենաս, դու էլ չես ծառայի»։

Այդ խոսքերի հեղինակը ղեկավարում է պաշտպանության, անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովը, քննել է քառօրյա ու 44-օրյա պատերազմների ու պարտության պատճառները։ Իշխանական պատգամավորի այս խոսքերից փաստացի ստացվում է, որ Հայաստանի սահմանները պահում են գիտելիք չունեցողները, իսկ ունեցողները վեր են այդ պարտականությունից։ Ի դեպ, տակավին այս տարվա հունվարին քպական մեկ այլ պատգամավոր գրեթե նույն բանն էր ասել, որի համար խիստ պատժվել էր։

«Մեր պետությանը միայն զինվորներ պետք չեն, մեր պետությանը նաև պետք են գլուխներ, որոնք կօգնեն պետության տարբեր ճյուղերի զարգացման համար»,– հայտարարել էր Առողջապահության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հռիփսիմե Հունանյանը, ով ընդամենը երեք ամիս էր պաշտոնավարում որպես հանձնաժողովի նախագահ։ ՔՊ վարչությունն անմիջապես նիստ էր գումարել, որոշել Հունանյանին հեռացնել հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից, նաև պարտադրել էին ինքնաբացարկ հայտնել ՔՊ համամասնական ցուցակից։ Առայժմ հայտնի չէ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի ճակատագիրը, բայց երեկ ուշ երեկոյան նրան դատապարտող հայտարարություն հայտնվեց Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի էջում։

«Մեծ ցավ ապրեցի պարոն Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի կողմից այսօր թույլ տված անզգույշ արտահայտության համար, և նորից պետք է ընդգծեմ՝ Հայոց բանակում ծառայում են մեր արժանավոր ու լուսավոր տղաները։ Բանակում ծառայելը պատիվ է և կյանքի մեծ դպրոց, որը այլ բանով չի փոխարինվի։ Բարի ծառայություն մեր բոլոր զինվորներին և հաջող ուսումնառություն մեր տղաներին․ նրանք բոլորը մեր երկրի հպարտությունն են։ Երկու զինվորի հպարտ մամա»,– գրել էր նախարարը։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ Ավանեսյանն այս պահին պատահական մարդ չէ ՔՊ-ում, ընտրական ցուցակի երրորդ մարդն է, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ ինքնագլուխ նման հայտարարություն չի արել։ Ըստ ամենայնի, ՔՊ-ում շահագրգռված են Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին թիմից հեռացնելու հարցում։ Առավել ևս, որ նոր խորհրդարանում հանձնաժողովի նախագահի թեկնածու ունեն՝ Արմեն Խաչատրյանը։
