Երկաթուղու կոնցեսիան ուզում են հանձնել Ղազախստանին

Հայաստանը տեսականորեն առարկություն չունի Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու կառավարումը ղազախական ընկերությանը փոխանցելուն, եթե դա ընդունելի լինի ռուսական կողմի համար։ Նախօրեին այս մասին հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ «Դժվար է սա քննարկում անվանել։ Մենք բանակցություններ չենք վարում մեր ռուս գործընկերների հետ, քանի որ նրանք դեռևս իրենց համաձայնությունը չեն հայտնել»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։

Նա հավելել է, որ Երևանը հույս ունի լուծում գտնել գործընկերության միջոցով։ ՀՀ իշխանությունները վերջին շրջանում փորձում են կասեցնել «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու» կոնցեսիան՝ այն հանձնելով այլ պետության։ Դեռ փետրվարի կեսերին Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե երկաթուղու մասին իր պատկերացումն այն է, որ Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի հետ բարեկամ որևէ երկիր գնի ՌԴ-ից կառավարման իրավունքը։

«TRIPP-ի շրջանակներում կան ուժեր, ովքեր ասում են, որ եկեք այնպես անենք, որ Մեղրիից հետո, երբ մտնում է Նախիջևան, չմտնի Նախիջևան և շրջանցի Հայաստանը։ Բնականաբար, մեր միջազգային գործընկերներն ասում են՝ «ոնց շրջանցի Հայաստանը, Հայաստանը մեր գործընկերն է»։ Այդտեղ նրանք, ովքեր ուզում են Հայաստանը շրջանցել, ասում են՝ Հայաստանի երկաթուղին Ռուսաստանի կառավարման ներքո է։ Մենք ամեն ինչ անում ենք համոզելու համար, որ, այո, Ռուսաստանի կառավարման ներքո է, բայց Հայաստանի սեփականությունն է, ու Ռուսաստանը որևէ ձևով չի ցանկանում ու գործնականում էլ խոչընդոտ չի հարուցի տարածաշրջանային նախագծերի վերաբերյալ»,- նշել էր Փաշինյանը։

Տևական ժամանակ խոսվում էր, որ կոնցեսիան կարող է փոխանցվել Քաթարին, Բահրեյնին կամ, նույնիսկ, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններին։ Ղազախստանն անվանապես ՌԴ բարեկամ պետություն է, չնայած որ այդ երկիրն էլ այժմ խնդիրներ ունի Մոսկվայի հետ։ Բացի այդ, Ղազախստանը Թյուրքական միության անդամ է, իսկ դա, մեղմ ասած, դրական գնահատել չի կարելի։ Արդյունքում, Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը ավելի մեծ լծակներ են ստանալու երկաթուղու վրա ազդեցություն ունենալու համար։ Փաշինյանին ու նրա թիմին այս հանգամանքը, կարծես, չի էլ մտահոգում, կարևորը՝ կոնցեսիան խլեն ՌԴ ձեռքից։
