Մենք հասկանալիորեն շատ խոսում ենք խաղաղության մասին, բայց ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ խաղաղությունը ոչ միայն քաղաքական, այլև սոցիալ-հոգեբանական հասկացություն է։  Ես ուզում եմ նաև Կառավարության նիստում արձանագրել և նույնիսկ դատապարտել բոլոր այն միտումները, որոնց նպատակը Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներին և ընդհանրապես հայ ժողովրդին պանդուխտի կարգավիճակում պահելն է։ Այս մասին Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ի՞նչ կապ ունի սա խաղաղության թեմայի հետ, որովհետև, երբ մենք խոսում ենք վերադարձի օրակարգի մասին, նկատի ունենալով այն, ինչ հասկանալիորեն և ակնհայտորեն նկատի ունենք, ըստ էության, մենք առաջինը չենք թողնում, որ այդ մարդիկ խաղաղվեն և տնավորվեն: Սա շատ կարևոր է, որովհետև խաղաղությունը միայն պայմանագիր չէ, խաղաղությունն այն է, որ մարդը խաղաղվի: Չկա ավելի դաժան և տառապալի բան, քան սպասումը»,-նշել է նա:

Վարչապետն ասել է, որ մենք, որպես ժողովուրդ, ավելի քան 100 տարի է այդ սպասումով ենք ապրում:

«Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ սա կայսերական քաղաքականություն է, սա հակահայկական, ապահայկական քաղաքականություն է, որ մի խաղաղվեք, էսա կվերադառնաք կամ կվերադարձնենք, էսա Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչում կլինի, էսա կվերադառնաք Վան, Մուշ, Կիլիկիա և այդպես շարունակ: Այս քաղաքականությունն ունի երկու նպատակ, առաջինը՝ հայ ժողովրդին պահել պանդուխտի գիտակցության մեջ, և երկրորդը՝ թույլ չտալ, որ ՀՀ-ն որպես պետություն կայանա:

Այդ ի՞նչ երևույթ է, որ մարդը ծնվել, մեծացել է Հայաստանում, ապրում է ենթադրենք՝ Քաջարանում, Դիլիջանում կամ որևէ տեղ: Ինքն այստեղ է ծնվել, մեծացել, իր հայրն այստեղ է ծնվել, մեծացել, բայց ասում ես՝ դու որտեղի՞ց ես, ուզում ես իմանալ՝ որտեղ է ապրում, փողոցը և այլն, ասենք՝ մարդը կարող է ասել ես Վանից եմ։ Թվում է, թե այս ինչ հետաքրքիր, հայրենասիրական մոտեցում է, բայց սա լրիվ ուրիշ երևույթ է, սա կայսերական հայրենասիրության դրսևորում է: Չեմ վարանի, էլի ուզում եմ ասել, ավելի կոնկրետ «ստալինյան հայրենասիրության» դրսևորում է:

Մենք խաղաղությունը հաստատել ենք քաղաքական մակարդակում, բայց երբ խոսում ենք խաղաղության խնամքի մասին, դա նշանակում է սոցիալ-հոգեբանական մակարդակում է, մենք պետք է խաղաղվենք»,-հավելել է Փաշինյանը։
