«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԵԽ-ի և դրա գործընկեր կազմակերպության՝ «Լրագրողների անվտանգության պլատֆորմի» հրապարակած տարեկան զեկույցում նշվում է, որ Հայաստանն առաջին անգամ ընդգրկվել է լրագրողներ ձերբակալող պետությունների ցանկում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ անզեն աչքով էլ նկատելի է, որ հատկապես վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում կտրուկ շատացել է ոչ իշխանական լրատվամիջոցների և ընդդիմադիր գործիչների դեմ դատական հայցերի թիվը։

Ընդ որում, նպատակ է դրված թե՛ ԶԼՄների, թե՛ տարբեր գործիչների դեպքում հերքման պահանջի հետ միասին դնել նաև մեծ գումարային պահանջ, ինչպես նաև դրամական միջոցների վրա արգելանքի կիրառման միջնորդություն։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այս օրերին քպականներն առավել մեծ ինտենսիվությամբ են «քրքրում» մամուլում ու սոցցանցերում քպականների վերաբերյալ հրապարակումները, փորձում վիրավորանքի և զրպարտության դրվագներ հայտնաբերել և դրանց հիման վրա դատական հայցեր նախապատրաստել։

Երեկ, օրինակ՝ հայտնի դարձավ, որ միանգամից 7 լրատվամիջոցի դեմ հայց է ներկայացրել ոմն Ռաֆայել Ջուլհակյան, որը պահանջում է 21 միլիոն դրամ՝ իրեն «ՔՊ կեղծ դպիր» անվանելու համար։ Դա այն անձն է, որն ակտիվորեն մասնակցում էր Փաշինյանի կեղծ «պատարագներին» և մի քանի դրվագով հայտնվել էր սկանդալային իրադարձությունների կենտրոնում։ Մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցեց, որ, բացի այս հայցերը, նաև քրեական նոր վարույթներ են նախապատրաստում բարձրաստիճան եկեղեցականների, այդ թվում՝ չի բացառվում նաև Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի դեմ: Գումարած՝ գնալով շատանալու են այլ դատական հայցերը:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, դատարաններն առանձնապես ոգևորված չեն այս ամենից. նախ՝ առանց այն էլ մեծ ծանրաբեռնվածություն ունեն, երկրորդ՝ հայցերի մեծ մասը պարզապես «ջուր» է, վերջապես՝ դատավորներն էլ են հոգնել ամենօրյա ռեժիմով իշխանությունների ապօրինի կամքը կատարելուց:
