Նախօրեին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հրապարակեց «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի առանցքային դրույթներից մեկը՝ Երաշխավորված խաղաղություն։
 
Ակնհայտ է, որ «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրին արդեն հաջողվում է ապահովել լայն համախմբում և իրապես դառնալ պետական, քաղաքական, մասնագիտական մտքի «Նոյյան տապան»։
 
Երաշխավորված խաղաղությունը ցանկություն չէ։ Երաշխավորված խաղաղությունը հստակ գործողությունների ծրագիր է, որը մեր երկրի համար պետք է ապահովի կայուն զարգացման և բարգավաճման իրական հիմքեր՝ էապես բարձրացնելով մեր պետության անվտանգության մակարդակը։
 
«Միասին» այլընտրանքային հասարակական-քաղաքական շարժումն իր լիակատար աջակցությունն է հայտնում «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագծին։ Բարձր ենք գնահատում Գ. Ծառուկյանի՝ հանրային լայն համախմբմանն ուղղված ջանքերը։ Քաղաքական ուժերի և հոսանքների կարևորագույն նպատակն այսօր պետք է լինի կայուն և երաշխավորված խաղաղությունը։ Կորուստներից և պարտություններից, ձախողված կառավարման ծանր հետևանքներից մեծապես տուժած Հայաստանը կարող է վերստին դառնալ մեր տարածաշրջանում վստահելի գործընկեր պետություն, որը միջազգային իրավաքաղաքական երաշխիքներով, փորձված գործընկեր ու դաշնակից քաղաքական կենտրոնների հետ, նրանց երաշխիքներով կկառուցի կայուն և երկարատև խաղաղություն՝ զարգացնելով իր տնտեսական, գիտակրթական ներուժը, ռազմական պաշտպանունակությունը։
 
«Միասին» այլընտրանքային հասարակական-քաղաքական շարժումն իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնում իր ստեղծագործ ու մասնագիտական ներուժն օգտագործել այս նպատակների կենսագործման համար, ծավալել լուրջ աշխատանք, իր ներուժը դնել «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագծի հաղթանակի համար։
