Россия и Иран с 1 апреля приступят к реализации проекта ж/д линии Решт - Астара

Начало практической реализации проекта железнодорожной линии Решт - Астара в рамках международного транспортного коридора «Север - Юг» начнется с 1 апреля 2026 года. Об этом журналистам сообщил министр энергетики РФ Сергей Цивилев на полях межправительственной комиссии по торгово-экономическому сотрудничеству России и Ирана.

По словам главы Минэнерго, сторонам удалось урегулировать все спорные вопросы, которые сдерживали запуск проекта. «Коридор «Север - Юг» - это не только энергетический коридор, но и транспортный. С ним связано строительство ж/д линии Решт - Астара. Мы проработали практически все ранее стоявшие вопросы, включая оформление земель, получение льгот, - сказал Цивилев. - Мы сегодня говорили, что 1 апреля на транспортной неделе в России будет окончательное соглашение о начале реализации этого проекта».

Министр высоко оценил работу профильных специалистов, занимавшихся подготовкой к строительству.

«Я хочу поблагодарить все наши рабочие группы, которые работают над этим проектом. Он очень сложный, но удалось решить все проблемы при реализации, - добавил он. - Мы уже смело можем сказать, что с 1 апреля переходим в стадию реализации этого масштабного инфраструктурного проекта».

В 2023 году Россия и Иран заключили в рамках проекта «Север - Юг» соглашение о совместном строительстве 160-километрового участка дороги Решт - Астара между Ираном и Азербайджаном, который обеспечит сквозной проезд к портам Персидского залива. Общая стоимость проекта составляет 1,6 млрд евро. Москва и Тегеран будут совместно финансировать проектирование, строительство, а также поставки товаров и услуг.
