Փետրվարի 12-ին տեղի ունեցավ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության պաշտոնական շնորհանդեսը, որով վերջնականապես ձևավորվեց այն քաղաքական նախագիծը, որը վերջին ամիսներին հանրային և քաղաքական քննարկումների կենտրոնում էր։ Մինչ այդ «Մեր Ձևով» շարժման գործունեությամբ աչքի ընկած նախաձեռնությունը այժմ արդեն հանդես է գալիս որպես կուսակցություն՝ հստակ հայտ ներկայացնելով քաղաքական դաշտում իր դերակատարության մասին։ Վարչապետի թեկնածուի հարցի հստակեցումից հետո բազմաթիվ անորոշություններ վերացան, և քաղաքական գործընթացները մտան ավելի առարկայական փուլ։

Քաղաքական զարգացումների շուրջ «Փաստ»-ը զրուցել է քաղաքական գործիչ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի հետ, ով արձանագրում է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի առաջադրումը սպասելի որոշում էր։ Նրա խոսքով՝ առկա սոցիոլոգիական հարցումները ցույց են տալիս, որ գործող թեկնածուների շարքում հենց Սամվել Կարապետյանն է այն գործիչը, որը կարող է իրական այլընտրանք լինել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։

Զոհրաբյանը նշում է, որ իրավական առումով բարձրացվող հարցերը, մասնավորապես քաղաքացիության սահմանափակումների հետ կապված, լուծելի են գործող Սահմանադրության և օրենսդրության շրջանակում։ Նրա համոզմամբ՝ մասնագիտական շրջանակներն ունեն բավարար գործիքակազմ՝ անհրաժեշտ իրավական ձևակերպումները կարգավորելու համար։

Միևնույն ժամանակ նա ընդգծում է, որ քաղաքական այս փուլում առանցքային է ոչ միայն իրավական, այլև քաղաքական իրողությունների գնահատումը։ Ըստ նրա՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է ունենալ զգալի աշխարհաքաղաքական աջակցություն, և այդ պայմաններում ընդդիմադիր դաշտում անհրաժեշտ է լայն համախմբում։ Զոհրաբյանը նկատում է, որ հասարակության զգալի հատվածը հիասթափված է քաղաքական խոսքից և այլևս չի արձագանքում ավանդական հռետորաբանությանը, քանի որ լուծումներ չի տեսնում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ վերջին շրջանում իր համար հաճելի բացահայտում է եղել նաև Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, ով, չնայած երիտասարդ տարիքին, ցուցաբերում է քաղաքական ճկունություն և արագ արձագանքման կարողություն։ Զոհրաբյանը նշում է, որ եթե կուսակցությունը ընտրեր ավելի պրագմատիկ ճանապարհ, ապա Նարեկ Կարապետյանը ևս կարող էր դիտարկվել որպես ուժեղ թեկնածու։ Սակայն հանրային ընկալման և համախմբման տեսանկյունից, նրա գնահատմամբ, առավել արդյունավետ է Սամվել Կարապետյանի շուրջ ձևավորվող առանցքը։

Քաղաքական գործիչը շեշտում է, որ ներկայիս պայմաններում փոփոխության հնարավորությունը տեսնում է միայն ընդդիմադիր լայն միավորման դեպքում։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ եթե ընդդիմադիր դաշտը ընտրություններին ներկայանա բազմաթիվ փոքր կուսակցություններով և չձևավորի առավելագույնը երկու խոշոր բլոկ, ապա վերջնական արդյունքը կծառայի գործող իշխանության շահերին։ Զոհրաբյանը համոզված է, որ այն ուժերը, որոնք գիտակցում են իրենց սահմանափակ ռեսուրսը, սակայն հրաժարվում են միավորվելուց, փաստացի պայքարում են ոչ թե իշխանափոխության, այլ խորհրդարանում սահմանափակ ներկայացվածության համար։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ձևավորումը և Սամվել Կարապետյանի առաջադրումը նոր փուլ են բացում ներքաղաքական պայքարում։ Թե որքանով այս նախաձեռնությունը կկարողանա ձևավորել լայն համախմբում և վերածվել համակարգային փոփոխության հարթակի, ցույց կտա առաջիկա քաղաքական զարգացումների տրամաբանությունը։ Սակայն արդեն այսօր ակնհայտ է, որ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում վերադասավորումները մտնում են վճռորոշ փուլ։
