«Հրդեհի առաջին գիշերը որտեղ պատահի քնել ենք. շենքի բնակիչներից մեկին հարևանն ա տարել, մյուսին տղայի ընկերը, տեսնելով մեր վիճակը՝ ամեն մեկը խղճի խայթ ունենալով տարել է, որպեսզի իր տանը մնանք, դրսում չքնենք: Ամեն օր գնում ենք մեր տների մոտ, մի անկյունում կուչ ենք գալիս ու մղկտում: Տեղյակ չենք՝ ինչից է բռնկվել հրդեհը, անակնկալ եղավ, հոտից դուրս ենք եկել, տեսել ենք ամբողջը այրվում է» , - ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Պտղունք համայնքում այրված 14 բնակարաններից մեկի բնակիչ Ռուզաննա Աբգարյանը:

Թեև երեկ մեզ հետ զրույցում Պտղունք համայնքի ղեկավարը հայտնել էր, թե մարզպետարանը սնունդի տեսքով օգնություն է ցույց տալու այրված տների բնակիչներին և քննարկվելու է կացարանի հարցը, սակայն Ռուզաննան հակադարձեց՝ ասելով, որ մարզպետարանը բացարձակապես որևէ օգնություն չի տվել և իրենց ոչ ոք չի մոտեցել ու կացարան չի առաջարկել. «Արդեն 3-րդ օրն է՝ մեզ մոտ մարզպետարանից ոչ ոք չի եկել, ոչ մի բանով չի օգնել, ինչքա՞ն կարող են կողմնակի մարդիկ օգնել: Բարեգործական մի ընկերություն տվել է 4 հատ օճառ, մեկ հատ շամպուն, մեկ հատ վերմակ, 4-5 հատ ատամի խոզանակ: Մեյմանդարի շուկայի տերն իր կողմից կեսօրին մի տոպրակով մակարոն, մեկ շիշ ձեթ, բրինձ, ալյուր, շաքարավազ է ուղարկել: Վերջապես մարդ ենք, երեխաներ ունենք, ձմռան շեմին դրսում ենք մնացել: Ոչ ոք մեզ չի մոտեցել, որ ասի թե ինչքան ժամանակ ենք այսպես ապրելու, ոչ էլ կացարան տրամադրելու խոսակցություն են արել»,- լացակումած պատմեց բնակարանը կորցրած Ռուզաննան՝ ասելով, որ անորոշ վիճակում են հայտնվել:

Նա նշեց ամբողջ տունը այրվել է, հասցրել է դուրս հանել միայն երեխաներին, հեռուստացույցը, տան ու բանկային փաստաթղթերը:

«Մարզպետը եկել էր թեժ պահին, երբ ԱԻՆ-ի աշխատակիցները չէին հասցնում հանգցնել կրակը, ժողովուրդը գոռում-գոչում էր, կանգնեց, նայեց գնաց: Ինչի նման բան կարելի՞ է, չէ՞ որ սա իրենց է պատկանում»,- ասաց նա:

Նշենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 24-ին Պտղունք համայնքում 14 տուն էր այրվել, որից 8-ը՝ ամբողջությամբ, 2-ը՝ մասնակի, և 4 տուն էլ հաջողվել է փրկել, բայց դրանց վրա էլ այնքան ջուր է լցրել, որ տանիքը փլուզվել է, բնակվելն անհնար է:
