Պարոն Կարապետյան,
 
Ես՝ Լիլիթ Ավանեսյանն եմ, ք. Ստեփանակերտից։ Վերջին հայտնի իրադարձություններից հետո բռնի տեղահանվել եմ Արցախից և ներկայումս ապրում եմ միայնակ, ծնողներս մահացած են։
 
Պարոն Կարապետյան, այսօր արցախցիների մի մասը այլևս որևէ հույս չունի գործող իշխանություններից, քանի որ մինչ այս պահը որևէ էական փոփոխություն կամ աջակցություն չենք տեսել։
 
Մոտ երկու օր առաջ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում, որտեղ ներկա էին նաև իշխանության կողմից ներկայացված անձինք, փոքր կազմ ունեցող ընտանիքների համար նախատեսվող ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ հարցին ստացանք «ոչինչ» պատասխանը։
 
Իսկ այն հարցին, թե ե՞րբ հնարավոր կլինի որևէ փոփոխություն, պատասխանեցին՝ «դեռ հայտնի չէ, հնարավոր է՝ 2027 թվականին»։
 
Պարոն Կարապետյան, հարյուրավոր ընտանիքներ այսօր գտնվում են նույն անճար վիճակում, ինչ ես։ Մենք զրկված ենք թե՛ վարձակալության աջակցության ծրագրերից, թե՛ բնակարան ձեռք բերելու իրական հնարավորությունից և առհասարակ՝ որևէ կայուն ապագայի հույսից,օր օրի դժվար է ապրելը Մայր Հայաստանում։
 
Խնդրում եմ, եթե հնարավոր է, այս խնդրի մասին տեղեկացնել նաև պարոն Սամվել Կարապետյանին։
Գուցե Ձեր միջամտությամբ հնարավոր լինի շարժման բերել այս սառեցված գործընթացը և գոնե մասամբ լուծում տալ մեր առջև կանգնած կենսական խնդիրներին։
 
Ձեզ եմ դիմում, քանի որ այլևս չգիտեմ՝ ում կարելի է դիմել։ Մենք ամեն հարցում անտեսված ենք մնացել, սակայն, այնուամենայնիվ, հույսով եմ գրում, որ Ձեր աջակցությամբ հնարավոր կլինի տեղից շարժել սայլը և որոշակի արդար լուծում գտնել։

Արցախցիների բնակարանային ապահովման այսօրվա ծրագիրը մի քանի խնդիր ունի և դրանց մեր պատկերացրած լուծումը մեկն է։
 
Պետությունը պետք է ապահովի արցախցիների նշանակալի մասի տնավորումը մեկ կոնկրետ բնակության վայրում որտեղ կվերականգնվի Համայնքը , կպահպանվի բարբառը և մշակույթը, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպվածությունը հետագայի համար:
 
Ցանկալի է այդ բնակության , Նոր Համայնքը լինի Երևանից ոչ շատ հեռու որպեսզի աշխատանքի ապահովման խնդիրը սուր դրված չլինի:
