Կարծես, քպական մարզպետ Արեն Մկրտչյանը համաձայն չէ կուսակից ընկերների հետ։

Լոռու մարզպետ Արեն Մկրտչյանը մի հուզիչ տեսանյութ է տարածել իր դստեր մասնակցությամբ, թե ինչպես է իր օրն անցկացնում երևանյան առևտրի կենտրոններից մեկում։ Հրաշալի է, որ քպականները իրենց օրը նվիրում են ընտանիքին, նրանց հետ ժամանակ անցկացնում, և դրա համար կան համապատասխան կենտրոններ։ Լավ է, որ փաբերում գարեջուր պարտքով գնելու փոխարեն էլ բավարար ֆինանսական միջոցներ ունեն տարբեր մոլեր այցելելու, գնումներ կատարելու։ Բայց այս մեկ դրվագն ընդամենը ապացուցում է գործող իշխանության և նրա ներկայացուցիչների պարզ երեսպաշտությունը։

Բանն այն է, որ վերջին շրջանում իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցություն կուսակցության պատգամավորները թիրախավորել էին Երևանի տարածքում կառուցված առևտրի կենտրոններից մեկը։ Պատճառը, բնականաբար, գործարար բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանն է, ով Երևանում մի քանի բարձրակարգ առևտրի կենտրոն է կառուցել, որոնք վաղուց դարձել են երևանցիների սիրելի վայրը թե՛ գնումներ կատարելու և թե՛ հրաշալի ժամանակ անցկացնելու համար։

Ավելին, 90-ականներից ավերակ մնացած տարածքը բարեկարգելուց և այնտեղ տնտեսական գործունեության հնարավորություն ստեղծելուց բացի, Կարապետյանը նաև 500 աշխատատեղ էր ապահովել։ Վերջապես, նրան պատկանող ընկերությունը ոչ թե մեկ, այլ մի քանի գործարան է կառուցել Հայաստանի տարածքում և, ի տարբերություն քպականների, որոնք միայն քանդել գիտեն և որևէ աշխատատեղ այդպես էլ չեն ստեղծել, Կարապետյանը թե՛ առևտրի կենտրոն և թե՛ գործարաններ է կառուցել։
