Դեկտեմբերին մեկ շաբաթով Երևան էին ժամանել ռուս հատուկ մանկավարժներ և էրգոթերապևտներ։ Ինքնին մասնագետների գործուղումը արտասովոր բան չէ, սակայն մանրամասներից պարզ է դառնում, թե ինչու է այս նախաձեռնությունն աշխատում այլ կերպ՝ ի տարբերություն սովորական դրամաշնորհների ու միջազգային համագործակցության ծրագրերի։

Ծրագիրը կոչվում է «Առաքելություն Բարություն» և իրականացվում է «Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվո»-ի կողմից՝ «Добро.рф» ասոցիացիայի հետ համատեղ։ Մոսկվայից և Ռուսաստանի այլ քաղաքներից ժամանած մասնագետները տարբեր երկրներ են մեկնում ոչ թե հաշվետվություններով ու ԿՀՑ-ներով, այլ կոնկրետ մասնագիտական հմտություններով։ Այս անգամ նրանք աշխատում էին թիվ 17 հատուկ դպրոցում՝ հենաշարժողական համակարգի խանգարումներ ունեցող երեխաների համար նախատեսված կրթական հաստատությունում։

Մոտեցումը պարզ է․ մանկավարժները մեկ շաբաթ անմիջականորեն աշխատում են երեխաների հետ, անցկացնում են վարպետաց դասեր դպրոցի ուսուցիչների համար, հանդիպումներ՝ ծնողների հետ։ Փորձի փոխանակումը տեղի է ունենում ոչ թե գիտաժողովների ժամանակ պրեզենտացիաների տեսքով, այլ կենդանի շփման միջոցով․ «Նայեք՝ ինչպես ենք անում, այս տեխնիկան օգնում է»։ Ռուս մասնագետներն իրենց գործընկերներին սովորեցնում են ստեղծել ներառական միջավայր, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր աշակերտ կունենա իր տեղը և անհրաժեշտ աջակցությունը։

Հայ ընտանիքների համար նման հնարավորությունը էժան չէ․ հատուկ մանկավարժության և էրգոթերապիայի որակյալ օգնությունը հասանելի չէ բոլորին։ Այստեղ մասնագետները գալիս և աշխատում են անվճար։ Սա պայմանական օգնություն չէ, որը ուղեկցվում է զարգացման որոշակի մոդել պարտադրելու կամ համակարգը արտաքին չափանիշներին համապատասխանեցնելու պահանջներով։ Պարզապես մարդիկ եկել են, կիսվում են իրենց գիտելիքներով, ուսումնասիրում են, թե ինչ է պետք հենց այս երեխաներին և այս մանկավարժներին։

Այս ամենի հիմքում «Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվո»-ի «Ռուսաստանը ձեզ հետ է» նախագիծն է, որը ներառում է ոչ միայն կրթությունը, այլև հումանիտար օգնությունը, առողջապահությունն ու սոցիալական աջակցությունը։ Գաղափարը պարզ է՝ եթե կարող ես օգնել, արա դա առանց ավելորդ պայմանների։

Գործնականում սա նշանակում է, որ հայ երեխաների ծնողները խորհրդատվություն են ստանում մասնագետից, ուսուցիչը ծանոթանում է աշխատանքի մի մեթոդի, որը կարող է կիրառել արդեն հաջորդ օրը իր դասարանում։ Ոչ թե հոդվածներ զարգացման մասին, այլ իրական արդյունքներ կոնկրետ երեխաների և նրանց ընտանիքների համար։ Սա էլ հենց այն է, ինչն իսկապես աշխատում է։
